I want a complete makeup makeover :]
As i've seen girls who've gone from Ok looking to STUNNING jsut by changing their makeup and hair colour. Right now I've blonde hair and daily i wear Foundation black mascara and black eyeliner, but i want a change! any advice or sites?Really need help with makeup!?
If all you use is foundation, mascara and eyeliner, that would be more natural-ish I guess. Try changing up your mascara to something that REALLY extends (I LOVE Diorshow w/ MAC prep + prime underneath) then instead of using black eyeliner, use a shimmery eyeshadow after the mascara (It will make your eyes glitter) Colors depend on your eyes. I think siliver goes well with any eyecolor (Use Lanc么me eyeshadow because most have that glittery tint)
I think the best thing you can do for advice though, is find a makeup-generator site so you can try out your own looks. I remember using the maybelline site long time ago and that helped a lot. try it!
OH! And facial masks help make your skin look REALLY flawless so you wouldn't NEED foundation. Look into those...you can get pre-made masks or you can make your own. The one I use is homemade (lemon juice to clear up face, milk + brown sugar to excoliate OR, 1 wedge apple crushed %26amp; mixed with honey%26lt;---this one you leave on your face for like 10 min) Both masks work ABSOLUTELY perfectly with acne but it can be used just to cleanse and create natural beauty.Really need help with makeup!?
Go for some light shimmers on your eyes (color depending on your eye color)
Wear your hair differently, maybe pin it back from your face to make your facial features stand out!
Wear some uber-shiny lipgloss, or some light shimmery blush to make your cheekbones stand out.
This makeover is made to a girl by one of the best in the makeup industry - Fatima Olive. She works for Ford Models. It's a video.

definatly start wearing cream blushes, or bronzers. they make you look a lot better.
I'd advise you to stop wearing foundation, as i can block your pores and makes your skin loose it's natural beauty. Try losing the heavy eyeshadow too, let your natural beauty shine out. A little mascara, olive, brown, beige, rose pink or pale lilac eyeshadow (depending on your skin tone) and some clear lipgloss is a good way to show how gorgeous you naturally are.
It is also a complete change to the heavy make-up you wear now. Fresh looking skin is always best, so go as natural as possible and let your beauty shine

What kind of makeup, skin, beauty tips are the best ? please help (:?
best beauty tips.
coverups, eyeliners,hairsyles,skin care.
all that good stuff (:
thanks !What kind of makeup, skin, beauty tips are the best ? please help (:?
one good tip for foundation, whatever form it is in, apply it with a good quality brush, if it liquid, apply with brush, if its mousse apply it with brush, if its powder, apply it with a brush, and also NEVER over-due the eye make-up, oh and everytime when moisturizing always apply it in an upward motion, oh and never pump mascara because it just makes it dry out faster...=)
hope i helped! What kind of makeup, skin, beauty tips are the best ? please help (:?
most of the time, it has to do with your skin type.
- eyeliners, go to sephora and try out some that glide on pretty easily.... it is worth that $7/ $10 that you would spend.; or just go to longs/walgreens and pick up one that says ';easy glide';
-hairstyes: a high pony tail. curls. straighten it
-coverup: sorry, cant help you here, i dont wear any ;]
-skin care: neutrogena facial wash. it comes in a bar ,and you can find it just about anywhere from longs to target... and it costs about $3; make sure you get the scented one. :)

I need help with makeup?
I just got a new makeup kit for Christmas and i don't really know where to start or what would look good with my face features....I have light sensitive skin, green eyes, lots of freckles, light eyebrows, medium sized light pink lips, rosy cheeks...any ideas? thanks :)I need help with makeup?
the WORST thing is a makeup kit.
makeup is not a ';one size fits all';
first you have to figure, about half the junk in there you are going to never use.
green eyes= purples look the best to make your eyes pop.
light skin= light blush. your going to have to figure out what your undertone is to know whats the best for your skin, if you already have a lot of pink in your face, you dont want to add more pink.
lips= find the color that MOST MATCHES your natural lip color.
i have green/hazel eyes, naturally pale skin with light freckles, and brown hair.
i have cool undertones.
whenever i wear purple on my eyes, they pop. i use pinkish blush, and i use brown bronzer mixed together and that looks good. on my lips anything purple toned, meaning light lavender looks good, or pinkish colors look good.I need help with makeup?
A lot depends on your age. If you received the kit, I would just take a stay at home night and experiment with it. Have fun! Chances are pretty good that you will not be able to use half of the stuff there as the colors won't be in your palette.
People usually fall into a cool, neutral, or warm color palette. Green eyes and freckles make me think that you might be a warm, but it's impossible to tell.
Does peachy lipstick clash on your lips? If yellow and orange look awful on you, you're a cool.
Does lavendar lipgloss make you look dead? If purple and blue look bad, you're a warm
If you can wear a few from each range, you're neutral. Not that many people actually fall into that range.
So try your eyeshadows out and if you can, see what they look like under daylight conditions. It's fun. Have Mom or a girlfriend hang with you to try it out.

I NEED HELP WITH MAKEUP ASAP.?
I want to wear makeup, im fourteen, and i have fair skin, sensitive and so discolored, i have dark eyelids and extreeme dark circles. my concealer never stays on. and i want my face to have a pretty glow but i dont want to wear foundation.. any good like drugstore brand blushes/ideas for what i should wear?????I NEED HELP WITH MAKEUP ASAP.?
this is wat u should wear...first mosterize then put i cream roller on i sugest garnier i roller.then concealer.fondation.then pwder foundation. then bronzer(bronzer takes the effext of dark circles away. then eyeliner an mascara it brings out ur eyes an distracts eye bagsI NEED HELP WITH MAKEUP ASAP.?
thank u so much for picking me!! Report Abuse
Make sure your washing your face every night, and afterward applying toner and a good moisturizing cream. I suggest Marcelle's line of facial cleanser's and creams. They're a good price and are great for any skin type.
Also, cream blushes and concealer's tend to stay on longer, and give your skin that healthy glow. Any drugstore would carry a ';mousse'; concealer and blush, I suggest Maybelline's Dream Matte Mousse and if you looked around im sure there are types that give your skin a radiant glow. Ask a sales person for more help.
Try not to wear too much blush and concealer, and put on moisturizer before you put on make-up. Make sure your skin's as healthy as possible, and get enough sleep.
Investment concealor if you want it to work Im afraid :(
If it;s under 拢10, it's unlikely to work well. Try No7 at boots, theyre good but wont break the bank.
Foundation is a must. If you dont want to look orange, just apply a SMALL amount and blend it to death. Make sure you pick one which works for your skin tone, test it on your face first (your hands and face arent the same colour, I speak from experience)
If you're worried about spots, just get a good cleanser and be sure to use it every night.
Good luck =]
Well, you should try mineral foundation. Also cleanse your face and make sure it's not too oily or dry. Also try a bronzer or shimmery foundation that will make your skin glow more. If your concealer doesn't stay on then, only use the foundation under your eyes, or try to use another brand. You just have to try a lot of different techniques and makeups that work for you, you'll get the hang of it.Since your 14 and just starting to wear makeup you should check out these websites , they have the best stuff for cheap

I need a pretty makeup look for a concert! Help?
i am going on a trip and to a concert and i need a pretty natural glowing look for the day and a little more dramatic look for the nightime concert. i need products from the drugstore that are pretty cheap. im thinking like a really pretty coral orange for lips. i am 13 years old and i wear glasses.
please help me.
Thanks.I need a pretty makeup look for a concert! Help?
Well if you want to go with a bold lip, you should stick with a simple eye look. Milani and Prestige have some nice colors. A light gold on the lid with a copper contour would look very nice. Don't forget liner and mascara!
A lot of cosmetics websites have looks that you can recreate, so that may be an option, too. Have fun :)I need a pretty makeup look for a concert! Help?
Im turning 13 and I did these tutorials... Here is my youtube website and you have to watch either the 1 or 3 one for dramatic and the 2 one for the natural... I hope this helped!
email me at sweetsmlyMILEY@aim.com for the products but if you need it quick they are mostly from claires and then the vaselines from whereever
Try maybelline dream matte mousse eyeshadow, in shimmery tan color. use physician's formula blush and soft neutral/pink lip gloss. For nighttime, vamp it up a bit! Add in some chocolate brown eyeliner, badgal lash mascara, and a corally pink lipgloss
*all of these except for the badgal mascara can be found at drugstores- you can substitute define-a-lash for it, which can be found at a drugstore, otherwise, got to sephora*
coral orange... with like matching eye liner

I need help with makeup brands!?
Ok well I need a makeup brand to buy and it cant be really really expensive and it needs to last a lot longer(makeup for my face) So does anyone know good brands and where to get it? Also I need it to be long lasting cause the one ive been using wears off within 2 hours. I can basically get to any store so if you know any good brands and where to get them it would be greatly appreciated. Also kinds of brushes to use when applying powder to my face. Thanks!
xoxoI need help with makeup brands!?
Bare Minerals!!!
Its the best, I love it and it lasts all day. You can get it online or at sephora. :]
The starter kit come with brushes.
Its somewhat costly, but totally worth it!I need help with makeup brands!?
Go with revlon colorstay for an un expensive brand. Use a brush to apply it I use a buffer brush like this one...the middle one
http://s171.photobucket.com/albums/u315/鈥?/a> Use a face primer underneith it. For powder any good brush will do . I like the kabuki like this one
http://cn1.kaboodle.com/hi/img/2/0/0/70/鈥?/a>
Mac is a great Brand, You can buy it at Macys Or even online.. Each eye Shadow ranges around 15 dollars each, Lipstick around 18..face powder 22. Ranges of colors are great and new all the time. Young and fresh!! A cheaper brand that you can get at any drugstore..( CVS Rite Aid) Is Milani... eye shadows around 5 or 6 dollars each...THE BEST mascara I ever used was covergirl waterproof..
Foundation? I use concealer, Revlon TruBlend then Loreal mineral powder foundation. It gives you the flawless look, and lasts. And if you have oily skin, get oil blotting paper, it cleans the oil off without ruining your makeup.
the thing is, not every product by one brand is the best.
as for foundations, MAC stays on all day, but it's so heavyy!! it looks like u r wearing tones of foundation, specially if u get the matte ones!
Dior has the besttt mascara ever.
best eyeshadows by lancome, or MAC
Max Factor is a great and inexpensive brand, they're foundations lasts long and the concealer is nice too. You can get it at Walmart or Kmart.
Revlon, L'Oreal, Mary Kay and Avon have great powders.
I'm like, an EXPERT on make up. lol.
I use...
- Maybeline eyeliner. (black) or dark blue. i usually wear black tho.
-cover girl foundation//blush
-covergirl eye shadow.
-maybeline mascara.
-SOFTLIPS chapstick (with color) light pink.
I really like covergirl. It stays on for a long time and looks really good. I think the brushes i use are called eco-friendly er something like that. They are really soft and do the job! :D
Covergirl has a lot of really cheap products :) they have a gr8 variety of lipgloss.
Physician's Formula
Mac and anything from Sephora, but mac has the best brushes.
Mac, or Victoria secret. Bestt- NO doubt.

I need help with makeup ?
hey !
make up wise my foundation colour is honey but i was just wondering what colour conceler shoud i use ? light or medium ?
also what colour all day blusher would go well with my honey skin ? i have brounette hair with blonde bits in them and brown/green eye colour
thank youI need help with makeup ?
hey
if your foundation colour is a honey shade i would try the lighter conceler because the trouble with conceler is it can make your face have little blotches so i think its easier to put it on so it covers up but still it isnt that visable
and if you were going to have an all day blusher i would say a
nice peachy/pinky colour
here the link to a nice one i use
http://www.ulta.com/images/products/deta鈥?/a>I need help with makeup ?
If i were you i would go for the lighter conceler unless its loads lighter then your skin. If you go for the darker one you will make all the attention go to the area you least want it. If i were you i wouldnt use blusher i would go for a bronzer insted as I think it would look more natural. :) x
Your face is not one whole colour for for under eyes use a lighter concealer - for areas of your skin which are darker use a medium concealer!
Brusher wise honey goes quite well with lots of tones - but a medium-pale pink would look really pretty on you!!
For more tips etc
Please please please check out my youtube channel and subscribe!! :D

You can find Fairy Skin Face %26amp; Body Lightening Gel or other light color make-up at Exspecto UK at cheap price, its better for your skin.
Well you should always have a lighter concealer than your skin (: I think that you can get away with most blush colours.. lucky x

It doesnt really matter about how natural u look. I think girl who wear lots of makeup just look better than those who wear little. And lots of diff colours. Hair - blonde is best! and long and straight. and i liked some perfume the other day, cat remember what it was....somethin by J.Lo i think.

well, you could try straightening your hair at night %26amp; then go over it again in the morning. brands of makeup: i use mary kay, but some other really good ones are Loreal, Cover girl, %26amp; Maybeline. colors of makeup: black mascara %26amp; eye liner ( just something simple), %26amp; maybe sometimes brown or gold eye liner. eye shadow can be any color. %26amp; the perfume that I LOVE is Curious by Britney Spears or Tommy Hilfigur. as for experience, I AM

I had a perm and cut it off, so sorry about the hair problem, but I use maybelline instant age rewind, it really covers well and comes from a sorta squirt thing so it doesnt come out too much and waste. I dont wear much makeup, only foundation, eyebrows, (lite brown ) and mascara. I like the natural look. If I dress up I put on some blush and natural color lipstick. I am 49 and I think I look good for my age.
Hon, you really should be focusing more on what makes YOU feel good about YOU, not what guys are going to like or what other girls might think works for you. And if you insist on that, you should go to the mall, to one of the makeup artists there, let them do your makeup and tell you what colors work best, then if you can't afford to buy them there, make a mental (or physically on paper) note on the colors and go to Walmart and get them. You're putting WAY too much stock on what other people think though, and seriously, that's not healthy. And to the girl who said you needed to learn to spell, seriously? Why even post an answer if you're going to be a snot about it?
girl! the only advice i can give u for now is: LEARN HOW TO SPELL!

Why even post an answer if you're going to be a snot about it?
girl! the only advice i can give u for now is: LEARN HOW TO SPELL!

What sort of makeup essentials do you think i need and what brands ( i am 13 blue eyes, blonde hair, and normal to oily skin with a few break outs.) Any tips as well or websites please? What other tools are essential?Make up help!!! Good quality makeup brands, get 10 points!!?
Sephora has some of the best quality brands available, Www.Sephora.com . If you have a local Sephora near you, go in and get a complimentary consultation with a color expert. They will educate and apply makeup to you based on what your needs are.
A few staple products I would recommend are 1.%26gt; a great oil free foundation, preferably with an spf. (Cargo, makeup for ever, sephora brand)
2.%26gt; an oil free powder for daily touch ups and to keep you shine free (sephora brand compact, or cargo brand)
3.%26gt; a bronzer (you can also use as an eyeshadow!) (Benefit's 10 is awesome! Blush+Hilight in one!)
4.%26gt; good mascara (I like too faced mascara) 5.%26gt; nice lipgloss (soooo many fun ones to choose from! The dior glosses are hot!)
6.%26gt; Brushes (Foundation brush, eyeshadow brush %26amp;, powder brush. The right tools make all the difference!)
7.%26gt; good skincare (your makeup only looks as good as the skin underneath!)
I hope this helps!Make up help!!! Good quality makeup brands, get 10 points!!?
Bare minerals. you'll break out less because it's pure, and it'll cover your break outs at the same time. i love it because it's natural and it looks natural. they have a starter kit and it'll pretty much contain everthing that you'll need. They have this brand at Ulta, Sephora and occasionally Macy's.
ALAMAY! It's a little expensive, but it is the best make-up out there! I have trouble with my skin and it's the only make-up that doesn't make me break out. I know that blondes with fair skin are more sensative to that kind of thing, it is also hypo-allergenic. They also have a line out there that gives you the make up to use that brings out your eye color. They have a regular line and one called Play It Up for those nights you want to be a little more dramatic! Hope this helps!
umm clinique is good for everything from powders to eyeshadows....powder makes you not so oily.. blue eyes pop with brown shadows... i think eye liner is beautiful as long as you dont cake it on there.. and dont forget.. if you put on make up wash it off at the end of the night so you dont break out...
omg you tottaly need makeup forever foundation and pressed powder..that stuff is awesome.. ive never loved any makeup the way i love this stuff, i will never buy anything else.

honey only use foundation to cover the problem areas, and for the oily skin use a powder that will soak up the oils. websites might help you but your best bet is to go into a sephora or ulta store and tell them what your problems are and they will help you pick things out, try em out on you and even show you how to apply them.
your features sound like mine.
it sounds like your essential products would be
Dove morsturising skin with an added tanner
light to medium blue eye shadow, but only if ur going out somewhere special like to dinner
black mascara
and a light brown lipstick or pink will go with your blue eyes and blonde hair
for your breakouts, Ganier and niva products for sensitive skin

The 60's and 70's were different times.
Go to http://www.fiftiesweb.com/fashion/make-u鈥?/a> for 60's makeup.
Go to http://www.freebeautytips.org/70smakeup.鈥?/a> for 70's makeup.
Good luck!Makeup and hair help please?
Im planning a 1930's wedding and had a hard time finding info until i looked under ';1930's stars';. Try searching 1960's stars - you may find some good pics to go off of
blow dry your hair straight. tease your hair at the crown to give you some height and wear a head band or tie a scarf like a handband. (this is a 60s look btw)
use light frosty eyeshadow .. white, pink, blue and lots of black eyeliner; lifting the line up at the corners (like cat eyes). lots of mascara to finish off the eyes. lips should be very simple and frosty if possible.
have fun!
no
Try blue eyeshadow on the face and big lashes and for the hair...try the internet for a hairstyle. Jackie Kennedy had her hair style much liked for the day of the late 60s and 70's.with the hat, with the Good luck and have fun.
Thank god I'm here to help you!
Rinse your hair with cold water!
Hot water opens the hair cuticle which makes it frizzy!
The cold water seals your hair cuticle and leaves your hair less frizzy!
(everday you rinse it with hot water it is opening the cuticle in your hair more and more which causes frizziness and poof)
go to 60's and 70's on the internet and look at the styles sorry if i didn't help good luck
Best thing with clothes is COLOR! no dull colors you want to be bright!
If you can try to get GO-GO boots lol.(high platform boots like these. http://www.belindacostumes.co.uk/images/鈥?/a>
Try some Tye die and bell bottoms. Disco and hippie type clothes.
For hair be a flower child if you can crimp it and add a flower barrett in yout hair or like a flower band.
you'r hair in a high pont tail and wrap A SMALL SHEER SCARF IN IT
WEAR A PUFFY DRESS SKIRT
AND A TIGHT FITTING SHIRT
TRY AND STAY WITH THE PINK AND WHITE COLOERS
HAVE FUN...
Late 60's early 70's deffinently part your hair in the middle and wear it strait. If you are looking for a hippy look then twist a scarf and tie it around your head, middle part of your forehead. Longer scarf would be good to let the scarf kind of flow at the back.
Make up for a ';hip'; look is little to none. Cher look would be heavy on the eye liner and lots of shadow on the lid in blue. Tons and tons of mascara. Clothes to wear, either holy jeans with a sheer top or long dress that is feminine, cotton, natural. Seed beads around neck but puka shells will suffice. Good luck and have fun!
Ok.Just make your hair kinda puffy but not really and dress in a long skirt and a button shirt.hope this helps
if your hair is long wear a wide head band if it short wear in a bob makeup was pale in 60s in 70s hair n makeup was wild n
Red matte lip stick, blue eye shawdow for your make-up. Flat iron your hair maybe flip out the ends and part it down the center with height at the crown area.
Really white eyeshadow medium/thick line of liquid eyeliner on top thin line on bottom.White eyeliner pencil for underneath the black on the lower rim.Curl your eyelashes, fake eyelashes, mascara.Foundation, pressed powder, blusher, red lipstick with different coloured lipliner.
Chunky high heels, bell bottoms, straight hair ';think hippie';. Goodwill definately has somthing.

I need help on how do you use makeup! Im a newbie.?
Im 12 yr old . I wanna look good for guys but I cant wear eyeshadow. Need some tips. I dont want heavy makeup.I need help on how do you use makeup! Im a newbie.?
go simple. mascara, eye liner(roll up kind) and lip gloss ........believe me im 12 too we dont need anymore makeup then thatI need help on how do you use makeup! Im a newbie.?
yes you want to make it natural for yr age
start out with only a little bit
if u really think you need make up, start out with just a little colored lip gloss and a touch of mascara ....nothing is worse than too much on a young person, so take it slow...guys like you for who you are, not what you are wearing.
you are 12 years old....you dont need make up, skin that young is naturaly beautiful....'nough said.
You can wear makeup and it look natural. Use natural colors like ivory ar beige and soft pinks. Some places like Merell Norman will actually give you a makeover for free and show you how and when to apply different types of makeup.
go basic. a little lipgloss will make your lips stand out without making you look trashy if you go with a clear or one close to your natural lip shade (don't get metallic lipglosses, ew). also, mascara is the single best makeup tool. if you have light hair or complexion, go with a brown mascara, or black with darker hair. it'll draw attention to your eyes but without making it overt. good luck, and i'm sure you're beautiful without makeup.
some girls dont even need make up it depends on what you look like i dont know you to tell you
Don't wear any. You'll look like a little kid trying to ';be like mommy';. Trust me.
you wanna look pretty but not trashy so try some lip gloss (flavored ones are fun) and some mascara that's not too dark. Also pinch your cheeks and then dab a tiny bit of Vaseline on the apples to make you look fresh and Dewey. Lastly boys love girls who are confident and fun and don't worry too much about themselves ,so have fun!

I need help with my makeup?
I am ten years old, i have a bunch of eye shadow and glitter, i have gray eyeshadow and use it to look like eye liner, i have white, baby blue, purpledark pink nude light ping sky blue brown gray a grayish white and for glitter i have blue gold and turqoise, any ideas how i can make it look more like eye li8ner, or mascara, anywere wher i can get cheap mascara and makeup.I need help with my makeup?
If you want it to look more like eyeliner try getting an eyeliner brush (you can get one from the drugstore for like, $2-4) and apply the eyeshadow along your eyelashes like you would with an eye liner. If you're trying to make it look like mascara, that's a bit more tricky. The eyeshadow would have to be a little wet, but be careful because not all eyeshadows work well wet (some of them can be ruined if you wet them). Just get it a teeny bit wet, rub a mascara wand in it and apply it like you normally would. I should warn you though, it may not turn out super bright like it does in the eyeshadow.
And if you're looking for inexpensive makeup, try www.eyeslipsface.com, it's ELF's website. All of their makeup is $1 and you can find the store closest to you that sells it. Good luck!I need help with my makeup?
since ur at a young age, starting to use makeup now would not be the best idea...i know that its fun to play around with makeup and glitter and stuff and that is perfectly fine but when it comes to putting makeup on in public, all you really need is a neutral eyeshadow, maybe a highlight color, and lip glosss but other than that ur young, embrace ur natural beauty! :) in a few years u can start using makeup but dont start using a ton at 10 years old when u really don't need too! :D
hope i helped!
honestly if u wear makeup now
your gonna look like a slutty tramp
im not saying u are
but u can wear natural makeup it u want to so bad
wear:
-pink eyeshadow (light)
-lip gloss or Vaseline....im 14 and i use that
-some Vaseline on your cheecks for a natural blush rosy glow type of look
-and some black solid eyeliner only on your bottom lash line
Just use a little bit to make it more natural.
Too much make up isn't pretty.
A LOT of mascara looks good on anyone, especially me. I'm 13 years old.
Just don't wear too much glitter because generally, that's what un-classy women do.
you're young! you already have a naturally beautiful glowing face! trust me you don't need makeup!
you probably don't want to hear this, but you're ten years old. you really shouldn't be wearing makeup right now.
I'm sorry but you're ten, you don't need make up. Embrace your inner beauty and relish your young skin while it lasts :)
huh? you shouldnt even being wering make up. Wait at least until you turn 14
cheap, good make up = priceline!!!

Can someone help me with makeup?
I have dark brown hair and green eyes, I was looking at MAC's mineralized eye shadow in 'odd couple'. I was wondering if that would look good on me? It's like a purple and a gold/purple mix..Can someone help me with makeup?
yes purples will bring out the green in your eyes. also if you wore any green shadow darker than your eye color, it'll really make ur eyes popCan someone help me with makeup?
I have odd couple and I have grey eyes and dark brown hair and it looks great.
Just apply the purple over the eyelid and the gold/orange in the crease!

Need help with makeup?
I want to start using makeup...can you please help on the best one....I would like a light makeup...where can I go to find just the right shade??Need help with makeup?
Well, it all depends on your skin tone and face structure. I'm judging from your avatar since I don't have a pic and this makeup routine is for all skin types.... The advice below is for an everyday makeup routine.
First, make sure you've already put on some moisturizer or face lotion. (It should have SPF, by the way.) Put on some light pink or beige eyeshadow on your upper lid. I think the best makeup brand for eyeshadow is Nars (click on the link to see selection):
http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jh鈥?/a>
When you go there, you'll see a huge picture of a gold and pink eyeshadow duo. You can buy that, or just go to the drugstore and look for those colors when buying eyeshadow.
Next comes eyeliner. You should get either brown or black (brown if your skin is pale or olive/tan, and black if your skin is dark). Put it on your upper lid JUST above your lash line, and smudge it into your eyeshadow a bit with your finger (but not too much). Then put it on only about halfway on your bottom lid, which should have no eyeshadow on it, and blend it to soften the look. The best eyeliners are found at MAC Cosmetics (their online store is at http://www.maccosmetics.com) and they're under $20. For eyeliners, I don't recommend the drugstore kind because they smudge way too much.
The next step is optional: curl your top eyelashes and put on a coat of mascara. I have to say from experience that brown eyeliner and black mascara looks weird together, so if you have brown eyeliner, put on clear mascara. Maybelline's Clear Great Lash is great (click on this link for a picture: http://www.ulta.com/control/product/~pro鈥?/a> ) and only about $5. You can get it at your local drugstore. If you have black eyeliner on, feel free to put on black mascara. I use Too Faced Lash Injection (http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jh鈥?/a> ). It's about $20 but it works pretty well.
Lastly, put on some Chapstick or clear lip gloss and you're ready to go. That's a pretty simple routine to follow and will take about 5 minutes to do in the mornings before you go to school or work. Remember, the best places to buy makeup is at places like MAC Cosmetics, Sephora, or at makeup counters at department stores like Nordstrom or Macy's. If you're looking for cheap makeup, go to places like drugstores (e.g. CVS Pharmacy, Walgreens) or to stores like Target or Walmart. Don't EVER get makeup at 99-cent stores no matter how good the packaging or how cheap it is because that's the kind of makeup that'll ruin your skin! Good luck with your makeup ... hope all turns out well.Need help with makeup?
less is more. use natural colours such as brown eye shadows look great on any one also mach your makeup to your skin tone. i love true mach
send a picture of yourself. It depends what color your eyes are, and how your face is.
As u are only jus starting opt 4 a tinted mosturiser ..with maybe sum blusher...Most place have them ...take sum1 with you and try a bit on the jaw line and c wah is closest or slightly dark than ur skin tone ...you dnt want 2 be orange or pasty
try sheer pink colours lipstick and waterproof mascara especially if you cry a lot
I'm assuming you mean foundation? If so then I would go to any department store and get your color matched, then find something cheaper in the drugstores because there's really no difference in quality but a huge difference in price. My favorites are Almay's liquid foundations for a sheer look and CoverGirl Aquasmooth foundation for more coverage.
you wanna use eye shadow, go with brown/beige colors, very neutral. Or if you wanna spice it up, go with gold or bronze. Use brown eyeliner (if you want), and brown mascara. Browns are key! And if you aren't pale, then at night you can be daring and use black.
I suggest MAC eye shadows, and their eyeliner (fluid line). and I like covergirl's lash exact mascara. maybe some bronzing powder too
Not to dark but lite that will compliment the color of your eyes. think of colors that combine with blue, white , pink and lite browns. Warm colors... don't go too dark ....( its too tacky)
think blue will look good and put a little pink above that to bring it out and then again you can use the color that you are going to wear to match your makeup that looks good also no matter what color your eyes are.
you should soo pick lke green, or blue, but teal will look afb on u . but always try something else, you can even make the eyeshadow thin , or wide, but if you have white skin i would prefer, getting those eyeshadow brush, those really thin ones. u can just pick the best color like teal ,and gently put it on.
if you make it wide, it will give more attention, but if you put thin, you can give a not-so-wild look , but a POP kin dof look, i would soo prefer, for you to put brown mascara, and brown eyeliner.when you, put EYE MAKEUP on you should not only do your eyes put youe lips ,i would put a lipstick on first that is like maybe, redish ,and pinkish, and add gloss to it, or find lipgloss that has the color.you should always have a balanced way of putting makeup, u soooo don't want makeup that is caked on.
Pink, Gold, Green, Blue, Silver.
Try brown, purple, and deep blue, not light blue. And ';smokey'; eyes works for everyone(I think!). Use brown pencil or liquid eyeliner, black will be too harsh for blue green eyes. Use black mascara, don't use brown.
Maybe a greenish outfit would look all beautiful and pretty!!!
Brownish make up with a little blush would make you shine!!! Like pink would also make you look sweet.
i think pastel colors for you. pale green/blue with a nuetral base first would be best if you want color( that means put a little lighter/darker than skin tone on lid first then put color on bottom part of lid) or nuetrals are always great (dark brown/bronze on lighter brown/bronze. and remember to put eyeliner on below eyeshadow and under lashes on the bottom(not on the bottom lid like most ppl thats causes infections) keep a wet q tip handy to repair mistakes.hope this helps.
wear some brown eyeliner
with bronze brown eyeshadow..i read that in a makeup book..it brings out the blue in your eyes
i have blue-ish eyes, and i do that.
ppl have really complemented my eyes..
that should match for your outfits
thats exactly what i do
try it!
good luck!
oh yea, have your hair in a ponytail..it enhances the face shape and eyes.
Wear silver shiny eye shadow and a bergundy colored lipgloss you'll look fatastic!! Put your hair in a ponytail or wear it parted in the middle!!
i think u should curl the ends. this looks really cute with layered hair, i do it and i love the way it looks. i bet it would look even better on a blonde, but i do it just cuz i love the look. it takes me a little while to do, but its so worth it. green eyes look really pretty with long lashes and eyeliner at the edges of your eyes. it will really make them pop. experiment with different blushes and see what u like best. good luck!!
ok so heres how to do it
if your in a good happy mood wear your hair so its bouncy or curly( that will match bright colors and skirts and shorts)
for deep purples, blues, or red wear you hair sleak and straight... it will be preatty and sexy
if you are wearing something lacey or loose... wear curls or waves
if you are wearing something tight or dark .... wear you hair straight
I suggest using a light pink color eyeshadow from your lash line to your brow bone and then a darker pink from your lash line to your crease. Finally, use a really dark pink in your crease. Then use a black mascara and brown eyeliner. To compliment your eyes, use a tinted lip gloss and a warm peach blush. Also try pulling your hair back away from your face in a ponytail, side ponytail, or messy bun to bring more attention toward it.
The description of yourself sound like a girls I work with and she wears lavender cream eye shadow just up to the brow bone and I think she swipes just a little under her lower lid and it looks so pretty. I have gone out with her to clubs and on those nnights I think she wore a little gold or light brown in the crease of her eyelid to compliment the blue in her eyes. She never wears eyeliner but does wear mascara
Go to Macy's and then go to the MAC counter and ask for a makeover, if you have enough money. They specialize in makeup and they went to makeup school and have alot of clients everyday. So they would know what colors look great on you, and how to bring out your eyes. They also ask you questions about like what you like to wear (makeup) and what look you want to achieve, ect. Its really worth it, there makeup is great.
I have bright blue eyes, pale skin and blonde hair as well.
I wear a medium brown eye shadow. It makes blue and green eyes really stand out.
I use Maybeline very black mascara - and 2 coats only on the top lashes.
Use black eyeline on the inside of your bottom eyelids - or a very thin line underneath if you can't wear it on the inside. Don;t wear mascara on your botton eyelashes - it will make your eye make up look really heavy!
To make your eyes look bigger, use a white eyeliner on your bottom eyelids.
Blondes need to be careful about using eyeliner on the top eyelids - it can make us look slutty if you have pale skin. So I use just a little on the outside edges, and go past the eye for a cats eye look. Brown eyeliner for a neutral day look, or very black for a sizzling night look.
Make sure your lips look pale - just a neutral brown or pink gloss will make your eye makeup look less heavy.
Keep looking at magazines for some makeup ideas on other blondes.
Hope this helps you!
Put it on in the dark......then no one would care! :)
Why? Mineral makeup is REALLY good. It can be very expensive, though. bareminerals is good.

Choosing Eye Makeup Colors
http://geethabeautytips.blogspot.com/200鈥?/a>
Well, it all depends on your skin tone and face structure.

Light pinks and brown eyeliner would look really good, also dark brown mascara or black.
To make them look bigger (this actually works REALLY good)
Take a dark brown eye pencil and line a VERY thin line right under your bottom eyelashes.
You can use white eyeliner on your waterline to make your eyes look brighter but i think it looks weird on me since my eyes are blue so I just skip that.
%26amp; then line the top lashes with the brown liner, and put on two coats of dark mascara.
Hi.
You could try using brown eyeliner. The ULTA brand is pretty good -- it's MAC quality but for half the price. Black or brown mascara works, and as for eyeshadow, try sticking to neutral colors, maybe add a little colored liner to make your eyes pop. To make your eyes appear bigger and wider, you can try putting a flesh- or white-colored liner on your waterline (the line of skin that separates your lashes from your eye). It'd be best to use a waterproof one so it lasts longer.
Hope I helped :)
number one thing to make your eyes look big is get a white eyeliner masacara doesnt matter the best one out there is lashblast by covergirl eyeshadow you will have to buy some different colors and just work with them because your skin tone is different ...
Covergirl (Black) Lash Blast (mascara)
Maybelline (Black) Line Express (eyeliner)
Benefit (Gold or Plum) Creaseless Cream (eye shadow)
fake lashes or black mascara, pink lipgloss, and black eyeliner. but dont over do it with mascara and eyeliner, or you'll look like a pale goth.

okay i have dirty blonde hair and blue eyes. my skin is tan, but when its not its really white. what color eyeshadow should i use? im using blue at the moment but i want something different. also i heard somewhere eyeliner isn't good for blondes. is that true? thanks for your help! Please help with makeup problems!?
Eyeliner is not good for blondes??? Hmm.. Nvr heard of that before. I think u should try the warm palette鈥攃hampagne, peach, copper, warm green, rich warm browns, warm taupes and soft peaches or golden brown鈥攕uits women with golden blonde, strawberry blonde, red, or brown hair with golden undertones. Highlighting a spot above the iris with a complimentary eyeshadow will enhance the iris colour, golden brown is good for blue. Please help with makeup problems!?
Use brown or pink that will brighten up your eyes. I don't think eyeliner is bad for blondes. I have dirty blonde hair 2 and I can't go anywhere without my eyeliner on.
try sparkly pink eyeshadow. but don't use a really dark pink. i've never heard about eyeliner not being good for blondes, but if it helps use less or put it on at night and let it fade a little by morning. i hope this helps!!!!!!!!!!!:)
try shimmering earth tones and since you are Blondie and tanned, they should match up. and try emphasizing your eyes more by applying 2 close shades above each other, the dark one above your eyelashes and the lighter one below your brow. The eyeliner was okay.thinning hair

I am brown skinned Indian Girl , my face is brown but my neck is like dark brown, and i want to know what blush, foundation eye shadow eye liner.will look good on me.i have like brown to dark lips so wich lip gloss or lipstick will suit me.. I usually shop at Avon.. so if you can recommed something from Avon.. that will be awsome..Need help with makeup?
I am same like u. I would go with MAC cuz avon is not that great with dark skins. I have found that they do not have complexions with warm undertones.
Try the MAC studio fix fluid and set it with blot powder.
For blush u can go with a nice pink color. Apply it really sheer and add more when u want.
For eyes, I would go simple. Like a black smokey eye. Just line ur eyes with pencil and smudge it with a q-tip. Then apply some drak purple eyeshadow on ur crease and then put some liquid liner. Dont foget mascara, preferably 2 coats.
Then some sheer lipgloss. I reely like Maybelline shinylicios in peachy pink. When U go to the makeup counters, they will generally try to push the brown shade of blush, lipgloss on u, but do not accept that. Just cuz we are dark skinned, doesnt mean we cannot wear colors.
Play with colors and have fun.
Good luckNeed help with makeup?
colorful eyeliner looks great on brown skinned girls , maybe a blue eyeliner with shy green eyeshadow will look nice. it might seemed clownish but i bet u'll get comments , now for the lips i will say a lil bit of pinkish but not so dark and lip gloss on top of it . for the cheeks get some light pinkish minerals an applied as a horizontal ';c'; on the cheek.
The best foundation that is pricey is MAC Studio Fix Fluid, go to your MAC counter or store, and they can help with your shade. Set it wth translucent powder.
For the eyes, this smokey eye:

depending on your skin color and eye color you could try different shades of greens/purples/bright blues.
using neutral colors like browns is great for any skin color/eyes.
brush the lightest color over your lid and a little above (almost to brow bone) line the eye with a darker color and line the outer corner of the eye w/ the same color.
Probably, but I don't think putting it on a board is the answer. :)

Heyy...
ok...so they eyes are deffinetly 'kohl' eyeliner. Use the eyeliner from the outer corner of your eye, but dont go all the way to the other corner of ur nose. Stop like a bit more then mid way. Make that bit really dark. Like go over it. For her face, i usually wear a tinted moisturizer to make it look...u know...how it looks, sort of highlighted in the cheek bone area. Use a peach colour blusher. Smile widely when ur putting ur blusher on so you can see ur cheekbones well and they look well defined. For the lips, use a nude lipstick. Or maybe a light layer of lip balm. Hope i helped!SHINE Please read i need help with my makeup!?

If you are asking how you can get that ';glow'; then it's clear that this picture was photoshopped so that it looks like that. If you want a natural glow try using a bronzer or a face illuminator.
If you're asking how to get to get that look as far as her makeup. She has smokey eyes and nudish lips..you can find any tutorials on youtube...just type in smokey eye.
I too do this sort of make up. You need to use a good foundation and then mineral colours.
Like a Bronze pressed powder and some highlighters.
Use a good eye liner and Kohl pencil for eyes.
I could teach you if you were around.
not that hard lots of eyeliner mascara and black eyeshadow and a touch of clear lipgloss and if u want to look even beta put foundation on that is ur skin tone

Need help on makeup and clothes!?!?
i have dark brown hair and hazel eyes and i was wondering what color eyeliner would look best on me and what color shirts would look really cute on me. thx =]Need help on makeup and clothes!?!?
i have the same eye color as you and hair. For clothes, the color red looks amazing on me (i have paler skin) but my hair accents it very well. I actually have brown and black eyliner. I only do a little black eyeliner on th tope of my eyelid and in the corners on the bottom, but if you wear more eyeliner use brown cause its less harsh and wont make your eyes look small. i also use Great Lash Mascara and it works wonders. I wouldnt worry about eyeliner as much as mascara cause mascara is the best :)Need help on makeup and clothes!?!?
I'm just replying to the eyeliner deal, it just takes patience, it's really really easy. I just put it on the inside of my eyelids. Which I guess is bad for you? But I don't know. The downside is that you have to reapply it alot through out the day.

Girls! i need your help with makeup!?
wut colors go good with green eyes that will make them pop!!
right now im wearin a really light shimmery gold that you can barly notice which is good cuz you whant to look natural right? but i whant them to pop out a little more! any advice? Thanks!Girls! i need your help with makeup!?
put eyeliner on top and bottom it will make them pop out to the maxGirls! i need your help with makeup!?
maybe a shimmery white shadow ..i have brown eyes and that makes mine pop like crazzy ..
Thats a gd idea to apply gold...now try with some copper on top of the gold ..from the centre to the side end of ur eyes...
u'll luk like a diva.....guranttee.
i have green eyes too! if you have light skin, then wear light pink to medium pinkish-brown eyeshadow. for a more sultry look, try medium purple eyeshadow (maybe add some shimmer for night).
well i watch ';what not to wear'; ALL the time and the makeup artist, Carmindy always says that with green eyes light purple will really make them pop. Dont over do it or you will look frumpy.
for green eyes shimmery gold is perfect so ur doing good so far with that. also if u add a light purple in with that it works great too. (blues and pinks too)
if u want ur eyes to pop more without making it look like u are wearing so much make up curl your eye lashes and add mascara. you dont even have to curl your eyelashes, you can just add mascara and ur results will come out fabulous!!
good luck
I would do a black and gray smoky look, that would make them POP for sure!
But if your going for the naturlall look thennn... A brownish Goldish look with little white
wow green eyes always look great make up or not!!(I have green eyes too) but if you want your eyes to pop out you have to consider everything the color of your skin, hair, lipstick color and what you usually wear!!! the best color that always worked for me was brown (dark brown) dont put too much on just a little and you will look great!!! if it doent work try black
BLUE! Blue definetly goes with green, and it'll get people to notice your eyes because it'll really stand out from your skin, unless you have blue skin........Just kidding!=)
(just don't overdo it, a little will do.)
P.S. If you want your lashes to pop too, you should put on mascara it makes them stand out so much more because it thickens them and makes them darker and fuller.
A subtle purple or brown would also make them look amazing. If you go for brown though, make sure it has reddish/purplish undertones so it complements the green instead of the yellow-browns, which turns them to a murky green instead of the bright beautiful green that everybody loves!
Keep it natural, especially if you try purple. Try just applying shadow to the crease. It gives definition and a subtle pop of color.thinning hair

This has nothing to do with makeup, but please help!!?
im going into the eight grade, and for the past 8 years i have been going to a private christian school. i like my school and everything, but they just built a new public school by my house. i want to go there. but my mom says i should stay at the christian school. and i would, but i have nver been to a public school before. when i go to high school im not gonna know anything! lol i dont know what to do. i have friends in both schools, so im not worried about that. its just that i want to stay at a nice christian school, but i really want to go to this new public school because i guess i will feel more free. i know thats cheezy, but idc. there will b no more uniforms, no more REALLY strict teachers(at my school, they wont even let us go out!!) help me make the right decision! This has nothing to do with makeup, but please help!!?
All in All it's not up to you. You need to make a list of pros and cons what one school has that the other doesn't if the public school only has 1. Going out to lunch 2. Less strict Teachers 3. No uniforms it's not a good argument. find out what the graduation rate is, travel time etc thats just a startThis has nothing to do with makeup, but please help!!?
ok so believe me I know what going to a private school is like.
except the ones I'm around are really good and not strict.
but I guess it may be because you have a religious school so yeah
I don't understand what you mean by ';and I would, but I have never been to a public school before. when I go to high school I'm not going to know anything';? if you go to high school at the school you're at now then you will know stuff? it's the same curriculum pretty much you know.. and it really depends on what you think will be better for you
talk to your mom and ask her why she thinks you should go and just take it from your gut feeling
do a little research too, public school may not be all that you wanted it to be
Just think of how much less pressure there is to wear the ';cool clothes'; When you go to a private school, it's a no brainer! Private schools usually have smaller student to teacher ratios which I feel is a good thing. The only thing you're really missing in Public school is the popularity contest. Don't torture yourself! What is the Private schools record concerning graduation rates and progress in state exams? These are the real important things to ask. You are really blessed to have a family that can send you to a private school. I grew up with really strict teachers AND parents. I hated it growing up. But today I am so grateful that they gave me a moral foundation and am not like many of these teenagers today who are still living at home in their late 20's still not knowing what to do with their lives. I have grown up to actually contribute something to society. Not drain it. Look at todays youth. They are comfortable singing songs that refer to themselves as the ';lazy generation'; Boy did they nail that one!! Good luck in whatever you decide. Just know that with age comes wisdom. If only I listened to a small fraction of advice that adults offerred, my life could have been that much easier. I'm only 31. And FYI I attended both private and public schools. It wasn't until Public school that my Diary got filled with problems of wanting to measure up to the popular crowd. And no, I am not a nerd. I'm actually a hot looking little blonde bomb shell. (My husbands friends all refer to me as a ';trophy wife';.) I have managed to open my own salon and am raising 2 beautiful children. I would choose Private Christian school any day.
Go 2 public school .It is fun.Just try to mach (and if you already do you ready )and u will fit right in.
I go to a private Christian school and I sometimes feel the urge to try a different more'normal,as it were school. It will be a big change but I'm sure you'll be find.Ask God,he knows.
public schools are fun. i had to wear a uniform for most of my schools and when i went to a public school i was free to wear what ever i wanted. so that is a definate perk!!

Brown. Try About BeautyI nedd some help with makeup!?
Shades of blue, gold and golden brown make blue eyes stand out. Blue obviously does because it emphasizes your eye color, and the gold flecks in the gold and brown makeup bring out the gold flecks in blue eyes. These makeup artists have great ideas and how-to videos:

I need help with prom hair and makeup suggestions.?
I need pictures. Prom is next saturday. the 3rd! i have no idea what to do with my hair. its shoulder length. i have bangs that swoop to the side. i bought a hairpeice. its a flat tiarra light headband. i think i want my hair down somehow or maybe half up. please help! fast.I need help with prom hair and makeup suggestions.?
I would put half of it up. Leave the bottom layer loose and slightly curly (or wavy.) For make-up, please don't match your eyeshadow to your dress. In make-up world, this is a no-no. You should do a shimmery eye and lips. I personally love brown eyeshadow with a gold crease, and a light highlight color for underneath the brow. Use brown eyeliner on both the top and bottom lashes. For the bottom lash, only bring the brown color to the middle of your eye, it is great for night time looks.
Do a warm pink blush for your cheeks and a light pink gloss for your lips. It is always best to keep things simple, it makes the look so much more elegant.
Also, for the hair, just play around with it a little before the actual prom night, see what would be better for your bangs, to curl them, pomp them, pull them back, or to keep them swooped to the side.
Good luck hon, and have fun!I need help with prom hair and makeup suggestions.?
Hey it's on my birthday!!
You could curl your hair and put that headband on. That would look cute!
Makeup wise, let your eye shadow match with your dress. Keep the make up simple though..don't overload. Eyeliner, mascara, blush, lip gloss.

Help with makeup! i dont know about this.....?
okay so i mainly get all my makeup from target, walgreens, walmart, and sometimes dollar tree(eyeshadows ha) i wanted to know is it okay to spend alot at mac, sephora, etc??
any advice,,, im a makeup junkie and i love makeup and i have lots of money not trying to brag but can anyone give advice on whats good to buy?Help with makeup! i dont know about this.....?
It's definitely worth it. Except for maybe mascara, most brands you get from Target, Walmart, etc work just as well if not better than a lot of designer brands. As for eyeshadow, I'd invest in the expensive stuff. They usually are a better quality and look nicer over all. Urban Decay is amazazazing. Specially they're pencil eyeliner. I strongly recommend it. Also, the eyeshadow primer is something you should get. It makes the eyeshadow last for like ever. M.A.C is good as well, a little over-priced, but it's alright. I know some people that have had problems with their skin and the face makeup though, so that's your call.Help with makeup! i dont know about this.....?
It just depends on what you can afford. In honesty, pricier makeup doesn't mean that it will be better quality. If you can afford it, go with the pricier brands and see what you think.
I really really like urban decay. but it is kinda pricey. but it works really good.

Makeup for school pictures? Help me out?
I have my spring pictures tomorrow, and am facing a question about makeup..
I usually wear a really vibrant purple eyeliner, because I've been told it makes my green eyes look beautiful and bright and pretty. But... for pictures, should I stick to a neutral, classic makeup that I won't laugh at in a year? Or will the purple not even be that noticeable? (it will be a full body picture)Makeup for school pictures? Help me out?
i would leave out the trendy stuff.
i would go with a brown (not black) eyeliner for picture day. maybe smudge some purple shadow around the eyeliner to get your eyes to stand out. trust me, i look back at my old pictures from the 90's and i looked ridiculous and i regret some of my choices.
also, don't wear sunscreen foundation b/c the light will bounce off your face! make sure to bring oil blotting sheets so you don't shine/look oilyMakeup for school pictures? Help me out?
Try just the purple eyeliner on your top eyelid and keep the rest of your face neutral.
Besides, it it's a full body picture, your face won't be as up close as just a face portrait, so don't stress it too much. And think of your pictures as summing up that year, and if your purple eyeliner is part of that year, use it.
Wear whatever represents you and whatever makes you feel confident and pretty. Maybe later you'll laugh but at least you'll remember that that's what you liked before. And also black and brown are so plain it's nice to be different once in a while.
jusz do the eyeliner cuhsz when yue look bakc yue will know thatsz how idid my eyeliner
and if pl say it looksz nice then it probally doesz lolthinning hair

Help on makeup!!! Very detailed?
I have really bad skin, i've had acne for the past three years. My blemishes are few but BIG! I pick at them so they scab which makes them hard to cover up. Do any of you know of a make up that wont dry me out but will cover my blemishes without making me look like a cakeface? and it had to be cheap. Pleasee help!Help on makeup!!! Very detailed?
1. moisturize before anything. even if you have oily skin. preferably something with and SPF or salicylic acid (acne treatment). the sun will only darken any blemishes and scars. also, if you apply foundation or concealer onto your face without moisturizing, it will only inhance problem areas.
2. always use a primer before applying any makeup on the face. this way, none of it will sink into your pores and cause more acne.
3. if you don't want a cakeface, try a tinted moisturizer as an alternative to liquid foundation, with a powder which will provide coverage that the tinted moisturizer does not since it pretty much only evens out skin tone and provides some moisture, which is a plus. this will make your skin look very natural.
sorry, no products. /: but these are some good tips. hope it helps.Help on makeup!!! Very detailed?
If you have oily and acne skin, you should use mineral based makeups since they are light, gentle on the skin, won't clog pores. Also, the minerals have anti-aging and sun protection properties that are good for the skin. Most skin care experts and dermatologists recommend to use mineral makeups.

I know this sounds crazy but use Head %26amp; Shoulders classic clean Shampoo.
It worked on me!
I had suffered from acne since I was 11 going on 12 (i'm 12 going on 13 now) and i read a blog online http://www.myhomeremedies.com/remedy.cgi鈥?/a> about using head and shoulders shampoo for acne and was confused. why use a hair product for acne? i found out the one of the acids in head and shoulders help get rid of pimples. but since my dad had head and shoulders, i used his and after the use, my face felt smoother and it felt like my pimples had gotten smaller. After using this for a week, most of my acne was gone! just a few small zits that blended in with my skin. now i use clearasil ultra to get that soft smooth look. thanks to head and shoulders, most of acne has gone away!
yes the mineral powder is good...make sure you exfoliat your skin every day and that will help get rid of some of the blemishes... and putting toothpaste on them helps to...let it get a little hard then wipe it off do it a few times...i usually do that
For your acne I would recommend Neutrogena, they have awesome scrubs and what-not.
As for make-up, I use Mayebelline Mineral Power. The loose powder feels light on my skin. It hasn't dried my face out.
netrogena also has makeup for acne
my favorite makeup for when i had really bad acne though is bare minerals but its not cheap :(
1. moisturize before anything. even if you have oily skin. preferably something with and SPF or salicylic acid (acne treatment). the sun will only darken any blemishes and scars. also, if you apply foundation or concealer onto your face without moisturizing, it will only inhance problem areas.
2. always use a primer before applying any makeup on the face. this way, none of it will sink into your pores and cause more acne.
3. if you don't want a cakeface, try a tinted moisturizer as an alternative to liquid foundation, with a powder which will provide coverage that the tinted moisturizer does not since it pretty much only evens out skin tone and provides some moisture, which is a plus. this will make your skin look very natural.
sorry, no products.

Help with makeup removal...Ladies only!!!!?
Hello ladies! I need your help. I am trying to find the best way to remove my make-up at night, such as eyeliner, mascara, lipstick, etc. Also I am trying to find a decent nail polish remover that is relatively inexpensive and doesn't smell too much. Plus would I use cotton balls with the remover?? Please help me!!Help with makeup removal...Ladies only!!!!?
So far I've tried to makeup removals
Noxema Face Wipes (makeup/dirt removal)
it was decent yet my eyeliner %26amp; mascara would smudge %26amp; then i'd use a q-tip to take it off
*Clean %26amp; Clear Makeup dissolving facial wipes
is good!!!
Its oil free %26amp; takes off the makeup faster %26amp; doesn't smudge
i like it so far %26amp; 1 wipe is big enough to tear like 4-5 pieces because it comes with 25 pre-moistened wipes so they last longer like thatHelp with makeup removal...Ladies only!!!!?
old fashioned baby oil and cotton balls will do the trick.
hey there! i stick with the simple washcloth, warm water, and moisturizing dove soap to remove makeup. yes makeup removers help but why waste money when most of your supplies are at home
and at sallys beauty store they have a tropical nail polish remover that works WONDERS and smells okay and cotton balls help quickly remove the polish
lots of luck(: !!!!
try Ponds deep cleanser and make-up remover!
Works wonders!
Luv's unscented baby wipes are the best makeup removers. If you want liquid rimmel makes a good one.
nail polish remover always stinks and yes cotton balls are the best
i use mac wipes but garnier works too
i prefer wipes vs just a liquid
i use cvs brand professional nail polish remover
and cotton pads (the flat circle ones)
balls work just as well

Help with makeup, please...?
So, I'm relatively new to makeup. I've worn it before to parties, but not everyday. I want to start wearing some on a daily basis. What would you recommend? I bought some concealer and powder foundation and brownish black eyeliner, so that it looks more natural (I'm going for a more natural look). Should I wear mascara? I'm afraid it will smear if I rub my eyes while I'm in school. Is there anything else I should get? What are some good tips about makeup? Thanks!!Help with makeup, please...?
If you dont already where foundation and what not, I would not suggest starting. Even if its says its non oily it will make your face shine and feel gross. For the base, I would go with a loose powder. You get the cute little puff and just dab it on. Its not oily and looks natural. Mascarra is the most amazing piece of make-up. But the downside is if you rub your eyes alot it will start to look smudgy. You can water proof which is better in that area, but it has a way of making your eye lashes break. If you want to where it, I would go with just regular. Not waterproof. You should really jsut avoid that at all costs. As for your eyeliner... it wont look natural unless you do it right. to do so, you need both hands so be in front of a mirror that you dont have to hold. tilt your head up so you are looking down at yourself in the mirror. with your free hand, lift your eyelid. gently rub the liner right along your lash line. this makes your lashes look fuller. And sometimes you dont even need mascara. If you are going to where eyeshadow, you can just put the liner right ABOVE your lashes. Get a shadow that has 4 colors. I have brown eyes. So I use maybelline ';chai latte';. It has four shades of browns and tells you on it which to use in which order. the lightest always goes at your brow. the next lightest is for your lids, the next is for you crease, and the darkest is just to touch the corners. Regardless of how you choose to where the shadow, you should go with colors that accentuate your eye color. For instance, if you have brown eyes, browns and purples are really great. if you have blue eyes, gray, violet, taupe, purple, and deep blue.
Ok. that got a little long. I have more but dont want to fill this up. So let me know if you want more details. I went to cosmetology school so I know a thing or two :)Help with makeup, please...?

I think if you want to go for a natural look to skip the foundation and powder unless you really need it if not then concealer on just your problem areas will work fine. I would say yes wear mascara, if you define your eyes with eyeliner but don't add mascara it can look kinda weird, use a brown mascara if you want, it shouldn't smudge unless you rub your eyes a lot, and just in case take some make up remover wipes and q-tips to school with you if you do need to make any touch ups.
well if your looking to practice at getting better at doing make up then i would look around on the internet at people with a look that you like and then just practice it because practice makes perfect.
and i woulndt recommend foundation because it makes you break out and can sometimes look like a cake face.
if you want to go natural i would just wear compact with your kind of eye liner only on the top lid with some mascara.
and about smearing your make up when your eye inches
well just try not to itch it so hard
what i usually do is blink my eyes alot until it goes awayy.
hope i helped somee(:
My advice is to always wear mascara. It doesn't smudge and if you're worried, just get waterproof mascara. Since you're going for a natural look, buy a tinted chapstick. A great example (and my favourite) is:
http://sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?鈥?/a>
You should always wear blush too. If you have a light skin tone go for a sheer/light pink or peach. Just apply a little on your cheeks.
If you want to go out, you can line the top of your lids with a eyeshadow (using an eyeliner brush), and it'll give you a nice smokey eye without going overboard. You could do that everyday if you wanted. Just choose a brown eyeshadow!
the natural look is really pretty. If you have brown eyes check out the almay line of makeup that plays up the brown eyes. of coarse they have the makeup for the other eye colors too! Wear mascara, it will make your eye pop! Just a little bit is fine! it won't rub off if you don't rub your eyes too much.(:
how old are you? you shouldnt be wearing concealer cause you probably dont need it. i would just go for charcoal eye liner, dont use too much cause you dont wanna look trashy and bronzer thats not too dark for you.

Well we need to know what color your eyes are. For blue eyes, plums, purples, deep blues, and some browns look good. For green eyes: plums and browns, for brown eyes: greens, plums, and browns.
TAKE A DARKER OR LIGHTER SHADE OF UR DRESS COLOR AND ADD DRAMA!
dust shimmery pearl white shadow across your eyes starting from the corner out. then smudge into rest of eye and lightly until the eyebrow arch.
(you can see the white or shimmer on the lower part of eyelid but only a little glow on the rest of eye to eyebrow arch). then, draw a line with liquid liner in black on eyelids(slightly wing out, if desired). this is really pretty, goes with any eye color, any color dress.

i bought this shimmer dust a few years ago, it was the best thing i've ever used, it was amaizing. i ran out and i can't find it at any local stores, i've tried things that seem similar to it but nothing quite seems to match up. i still have the empty case with the brand and the exact name and code number on the back. is there any way i can find this exact shimmer dust online?Help finding makeup?

Use foundation for your skin, then add blush, then add a powder over your blush and foundation giving your skin an natruel look. Also use liner on your bottom of your eye and use a compementory color that compliments your clothes or eyes. Try Mary Kay if you have skin that breaks out easy.
Hope you enjoy the advice
so im guessing this is for a guy? ;]
i know thats the only reason id do this for.! :p
well...uu need to find the right foundation/ powder...
%26amp; make SURE its your color because i know a girl who uses
a crapload of it and it isnt her color...let me tell uu...
it DOES NOT look right at all..
if uu find the right makeup foundation or powder it should make your skiin look like perfect practically.
%26amp; for eyes...uu should make a statement with them.
uu should try eyeliner but
if black isnt your color maybe brown is cause thats mine.
uu should also try blue...it looks really good on some girls.
also try using eyeshadows as eyeliner...
it looks really good on some ppl...who knows
that could be uu..
but make sure uu wear mascara that makes your eyelashes really long
that always catches attention.!!
(:
If you are used to putting eyeliner on your whole eye, don't. It will make them look so much bigger if you only put it about halfway or 3/4 of your eye.
that is literaly impossible unless you go to a makeup artist and use photoshop on your face.
u shouldn't even put makeup on any ways so yea!!!!!! my aunt is really good at putting makeup on so ask her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im doing my friends makeup for her quinceanera...help girls?
so im doing my friends makeup for her 15th b-day party and idk how im going to do it lol. she does her makeup kinda bad. she piles on the eyeliner like there's no tomorrow. i want to make her look natural and flawless. any tips?Im doing my friends makeup for her quinceanera...help girls?
Put a neutral color of eyeshadow on her lid. Then put another shadow with a subtle shimmer above her lid but below her eyebrow. Put that same shimmer around her tear-duct to make her eyes look big. Maybe put a little bit o highlighter on her brow bone, but not white, because I think that is too intense.
Put a thin line of eyeliner on her upper lash line and extend it with a wing. Then give her some big fake eyelashes.
Put a bit of blush and some gloss and I think she will look like a star!
Good luck!Im doing my friends makeup for her quinceanera...help girls?
for for flawless foundation. like 12 hour color stay by revlon, people use this on professional jobs.
and for eyeshadow, try to match her colors, but do it lightly like. stick to pastels, and neutrals, try shimmery not glittery. and you can use light fake lashes. it'll be fun.. i'm going to celebrate my second 15, becasue i'm going to turn 30! LOL
Make her eyeshadow match her dress a bit. Put her hair up and twisted and curled?
Put a thin, defined line when applying eyeliner on her. The rest is up to you.

Help my makeup stay put?
Hi everyone! I am 24 and I have fairly oily skin and by the end of the day my makeup seems to be running off of me. Does anyone have this same problem or anyone know what kind of makeup would stay put on an oily face? Thank you! :]Help my makeup stay put?
foundation primer and maybe eyeshadow primer. smashbox makes a good primer and rimmel london's is decent. you also might want to make sure your buying a foundation that's for oily skin. if you buy one for dry skin, you'll look like a grease ball.Help my makeup stay put?
You can try buy makeup (foundation) for oily skin. You can also try this trick that my aunt (who used to model) taught me. Try dabbing some baby powder on your face with your brush first and then put on the foundation. It helps keep the makeup in place and helps so that your skin doesn't appear shiny and greasy.
I have the same problem, and i do something really unusual to make my makeup stay. Buy Co Bigelow's Rose Salve from Bath and Body Works for about five dollars or so. Rub it all over your face and then apply your makeup. This is cheap and it works better than most primers. It's guarenteed that your makeup won't come off! And, it's a total turn-on with guys when your face smells like roses!
Neutrogena Rapid Clear Oil Control Foaming Cleanser. I just got it and it's the best. My makeup stays all day. I love it. :)
http://www.ulta.com/ulta/browse/productD鈥?/a>
Primer for face! Smashbox seems to work great.
Eyelid Primer! Urban Decay Primer Potion or Too Faced Cosmetics Eyeshadow Insurance are the best %26lt;33
Remember to use pressed powder to make your foundation stay put.
Good luck!
It sounds kinda stupid but after you apply your make up try spraying hairspray on your face, make sure to close your eyes though haha and if its your eye makeup try using liquid liners and eyeshaddows that dry instantly.
Yes i have oily skin, i wear mineral powder foundation, try it, it works good.

Help with makeup!? Please?=)?
I am in 7th grade and I like natural looking makeup, what makeup do you recommend for me? I have dark brown eyes and beige skin. Thanks for all your help!Help with makeup!? Please?=)?
Well as you have young skin..you dont need a heavy foundation.. i would suggest a light tinted moisturiser in your skin tone..test out some in your local cosmetics store..
As you have dark eyes i wouldnt have thought that you would need any heavy definition..maybe a light coloured pretty eye shadow with one slick of mascara..you could probably get away with a clear mascara..
Chap stick is also a great alternative to heavy lip sticks or lip glosses..they often have a slight tint..especially cherry or strawberry flavours..also they are moisturising and taste lovely..
Its good that you like natural looking make-up as you are young and dont really need to wear it..but it is fun experimenting..keep the natural look as it is far more cooler..also you have less chance of making embarrasing make-up mistakes if you keep it real..

cover girl lashblast mascara , + black eyeline = to make eyes pop
^ thas enough to make a statement . :P
foundation, coverup .
a stick concealer for blemishes, a soft golden shadow on the eyes, a lengthening and thickening mascara, and a peachy nude gloss :-)
you can use the foundation mention above and a clear mascara it will make your lashes longer and lip gloss
Dream matt mouse foundation, u dont need powder with that :]

first thing..if you have any red spots cover them up with a bit of concealer..then apply foundation..loose powder..and peachy or pale pink blush..for eyeshadow..keep it simple..a neutral shade on the entire lid..a light or medium brown on the crease of the eye..and a pearly white on the eye lid.. blow warm air on an eyelash curler and curl them..use water proof mascara.*because when you win you'll most likely be crying*..and lip gloss that suits you and its shinny and makes your teeth look whiter..cuz the judges will be looking at your smile..GOOD LUCK..

HELP Expired makeup foundation...?
I ordered this makeup foundation online and im waiting for it. but i have foundation thats about 1 or 2 years old. Can i use it? I dont feel like buying new foundation just for 1 or 2 days till my order comes in.HELP Expired makeup foundation...?
yea you can use it but it might get pimples from using it because it will have alot of bacteriaHELP Expired makeup foundation...?
Do not use the expired makeup. While you're waiting for your new makeup, mix a few drops of moisturizer with your face powder. Or just use your face powder over a layer of moisturizer. If you need to cover blemishes and discolorations, use a concealer (foundation is not made for this purpose anyway).
I would just go natural for a few days. Throw away the old stuff.
Some people would but I would not, I have problems with eye infections and there are times that the foundation gets near they eyes. Why not give your skin a break and use nothing for a couple of days?
You can use it, but it may make you break out. Instead wear some lip gloss and big giant sunglasses like the celebrities do and no one will even notice.
Then don't buy new foundation go natural and for a few days, I mean it's only a few days what harm will it do? If not use powder if you have some.
If it's only a year old it should still be fine. Two years however may be too old and your risk getting your skin irritated, getting breakouts etc.mortgage company

this video is so easy to copy AND she uses MAC brushes so you will kinda get a feel of why she is using what brush and when, the fluffy brushes are generally used for blending where as the smaller brushes are used for precision such as lining your lower lid, check out EnKore's video on Youtube for cheaper alternatives to MAC makeup brushes, he's a famous make up artist from New York and explains in the video what the majority of MAC brushes are used for.

maybe try one shade darker of foundation - maybe sum blusher
liquid eyeliner is best for not smudging it's much better than pencil
zits you need concealor and the eye liner you need to not put it in your eye but under =D

Help! Eye makeup smudges too much?
I have recently started to wear makeup again as I stopped during highschool. My eye liner (pencil) smudges ALOT and it tends to give me dark circles under my eyes! How can I prevent this from happening?
Should I start using liquid eyeliner? I would except I don't know how to apply eyeliner UNDER my lashes..it freaks me out :S
Thanks :)Help! Eye makeup smudges too much?
DO NOT USE LIQUID LINER UNDERNEATH YOUR EYES!!!!!!

First off, do you line the waterline or do you line the lower lash line? Here is a tip you can try. If you were to line your top lid and lower lashes, carefully with a very fine, thin, angled liner brush, apply the same color eyeshadow on it (black on black, brown on brown and so forth) same goes for the lower lash line, apply eyeshadow on top of the eyeliner. the shadow will soak up all of the excess oils from your skin. If you were to line your waterline, dust some eyeshadow very close to your skin tone right underneath your eye. that will keep the eyeliner from melting off. it will act as a barrier. I do recommend using a different pencil liner such as Urban Decay, Stila or even Mac. Hope this helped. Message if you need more help!Help! Eye makeup smudges too much?
Well it depends on the brand, the cheaper the worse, You wanna make sure that you get a good eyeliner brand but don't spend over five dollars.
Liquid eyeliner doesn't smudge alot but it does take time to get it right. If you new to it then your going to mess it up but practice makes perfect.
Try add natural looking powers to your eyes. When you add powers your eyeshadow and eyeliner stays on alot longer. yes use waterproof! this helps, Smudging also occurs when you rub your eyes, so limit that down too(:
When apply eyeliner you put bring down your water line which is where you bottom lashes are. just draw on the water line.
Liquid eyeliner just apply on top on your bottom lashes.
OR
you could fine a long lasting mascara and apply in thickly to your bottom lashes in till it looks like you have eyeliner. My older sister does this method and its looks great!
well i hope i helped(:

I've been testing everything because I have the same problem. I recently heard that if you use a primer for the top and bottom part of the eye it can help with the smudging.
If you put concealer or foundation under your eye doesn't help too much because it can make the skin oily and smudge the eyeliner.
Another thing is setting the eyeliner with a matching eyeshadow so the skin won't get oily and it won't smudge!
Hope I made sense in all those things I just threw at you. Good Luck!
I don't know to much about makeup but what I do know if eye makeup smudges a lot you need a primer for your eyes or you can set it with cheap eyeshadow you have no other uses for. For better tips or you don't know what I'm taliking about check out my source, look for xteener on YouTube not a conventional method of learning but she's really good. :) Happy Makeup attempts!
use waterproof..translucent powder also helps soak up oil
eye primer can also work- too faced shadow insurance (i think) or the urban decay primer.
not wearing too much also helps. another trick would be use some waterproof mascara and use it as eyeliner.
or bobbi brown eyeliner pot works well too, i heard
yes, use brown liquid eyeliner. it makes a clearer line than the pencil.
i only use pencil for the lower lash line. and if it smudges, i wet down a cotton swab (Qtip) and run it under the line so it removes the excess liner. hope that helpssss. :)
uhm no on liquid liner it will start and get hard and nasty on your eye and for your top and bottom lids i would get a wedge thin brush wett and put some black eyeshadow on it and lightly and thinly apply it on its way easier than it sounds
Try liquid eyeliner. It doesn't smudge as much.
Also, make sure it's waterproof.
Putting on concealer would also help.
liquid liner dries and doesnt smudge so give it a try!
