What makeup is right for me? My complexion, eye & hair color?...Help?

Hey!





I have a dark, golden blonde hair with pale skin and light blue eyes.





I was just wondering if you knew any colours that would look good on me.





Like...eye shadow combinations....liner and mascara....lip stick or gloss...blush....And if you know any good brands too! ^_^

We look pretty much the same so I'll tell you what I do.





Use brownish black mascara because you are blonde. If it is too dark it looks harsh and weird. Same goes for eyeliner, if you use black you look like a raccoon. Just line the outside corners of your eye, the part closest to your ears. Only go halfway otherwise you get the illusion of a smaller eye. only use a little liner and remember to smudge it into your lash line so that it looks like you have really thick lashes. When you do your top line, keep your eyes open and get the pencil almost on your lashes.





For eye shadow use browns and golds and coppery colors. don't use a lot! The point of makeup is to make it look like you aren't wearing it.





Don't wear anything too dark otherwise it looks scary.





If you play up your eyes then leave the lips natural, only chap stick or clear lip gloss will do. If you just do mascara you can play up the lips. Most pinks look good on blondes and you can probably go a little darker if you play your lips up. DO NOT EVER PLAY UP BOTH!!! you WILL look like a clown.





I use Revlon luxurious length for mascara and L.A. colors for eyeliner and eye shadow. Mary Kay is always good for eye shadow too.

Wear a coppery eyeshadow, it looks hella pretty, also goldish colors would look great.

this is a killer colour for blue eyes. look at everything urban decay, its all i use and you will find something for all your make up needs! i sound like an add but i swear, its great.

Brown eyeliner and light blue eyeshadow with mascara. My mom has the same eye and face color and it looks really good on her! Cliniqu (spelling) is a really good brand.
i have the exact same complexion. I use gray or light brown liner, which really makes my eyes look bluer. And I usually use black curling mascara, but gray mascara look good too. Light pink lipstick with a clear coat of gloss (but a darker pink looks better if your lips aren't as full) pink, white, or light purple eyeshadow looks good.


I would recommend Lacome for mascara and concealer and N.Y.C for powder. too dark colors or bright red lipstick will just make you look like a hooker
like really bright red lipstick looks really good on pale people, I am pale and it looks totally hot OMG!


I love chanel's inimitable waterproof mascara, gives you no clumps and long bambi lashes, no joke.


chanel also has great eyeshadows that come in trays of four that work together well and work great.

i think brown or dark grey eyeliner would look good (or black if you wanna be obvious about it....). blue eye shadow would look great, but it looks really awful if it's too dark. blue eyeshadow for people with blue eyes should be lighter than the color of your irises, of it's overpowering.





lip stick/gloss would be good in a color similar to the natural color of your lips, like a light pink. blush...is usually hard to do, so unless you know how, don't use it. i'd go for something a TINY bit darker than your natural skin tone, and kind of pink.
