the best eyeliner in my opinion is MAC. I love the new one that has 2 colors on different ends of the stick. My fav is the dark purple. It has a really dark purple on one end and one the other end is a lavender with glitter. I put the dark on the top and the lavender on the bottom. It makes your eyes really pop. My eyes are blue, so purples, greens, and browns are good for my eyes. If your eyes are more of a hazel or brown, blue, black and purples are going to make your eyes really stand out. Try to to the winged tip as well.
