revlon colorstay pencil eyeliner is good and cheap! Anyway, selena seems to look really natural, if your have good skin then i think tinted moisturizer will do (for brands see www.makeupalley.com for the reviews), and then lipgloss (try mac lipglass in nymphette), also you'll definitely need false lashes..What kind of makeup does selena gomez wear(brands)?
