ok...so they eyes are deffinetly 'kohl' eyeliner. Use the eyeliner from the outer corner of your eye, but dont go all the way to the other corner of ur nose. Stop like a bit more then mid way. Make that bit really dark. Like go over it. For her face, i usually wear a tinted moisturizer to make it look...u know...how it looks, sort of highlighted in the cheek bone area. Use a peach colour blusher. Smile widely when ur putting ur blusher on so you can see ur cheekbones well and they look well defined. For the lips, use a nude lipstick. If you are asking how you can get that ';glow'; then it's clear that this picture was photoshopped so that it looks like that. If you want a natural glow try using a bronzer or a face illuminator.





If you're asking how to get to get that look as far as her makeup. She has smokey eyes and nudish lips..you can find any tutorials on youtube...just type in smokey eye.
I too do this sort of make up. You need to use a good foundation and then mineral colours.


Like a Bronze pressed powder and some highlighters.


Use a good eye liner and Kohl pencil for eyes.

not that hard lots of eyeliner mascara and black eyeshadow and a touch of clear lipgloss and if u want to look even beta put foundation on that is ur skin tone
