Are you sure they don't have it listed as United States, America, or North America?





Or often, sites will assume you're in the USA and say ';if not, select a country';
The list of Countries is usually in Alphabetical order...but generally they put USA at the top of the list and out of order. Did you look at the top of the list...or just in the U's?
