Please help with makeup problems!?

okay i have dirty blonde hair and blue eyes. my skin is tan, but when its not its really white. what color eyeshadow should i use? im using blue at the moment but i want something different. also i heard somewhere eyeliner isn't good for blondes. is that true? thanks for your help!Please help with makeup problems!?

I think u should try the warm palette鈥攃hampagne, peach, copper, warm green,rich warm browns, warm taupes and soft peaches or golden brown鈥攕uits women with golden blonde, strawberry blonde, red, or brown hair with golden undertones. Highlighting a spot above the iris with a complimentary eyeshadow will enhance the iris colour, golden brown is good for blue.Please help with makeup problems!?
Use brown or pink that will brighten up your eyes. I don't think eyeliner is bad for blondes. I have dirty blonde hair 2 and I can't go anywhere without my eyeliner on.
try sparkly pink eyeshadow. but don't use a really dark pink. i've never heard about eyeliner not being good for blondes, but if it helps use less or put it on at night and let it fade a little by morning. i hope this helps!!!!!!!!!!!:)
try shimmering earth tones and since you are Blondie and tanned, they should match up. and try emphasizing your eyes more by applying 2 close shades above each other, the dark one above your eyelashes and the lighter one below your brow.The eyeliner was okay.
