Need help with makeup?

I want to start using makeup...can you please help on the best one....I would like a light makeup...where can I go to find just the right shade??Need help with makeup?
Well, it all depends on your skin tone and face structure. I'm judging from your avatar since I don't have a pic and this makeup routine is for all skin types.... The advice below is for an everyday makeup routine.

First, make sure you've already put on some moisturizer or face lotion. (It should have SPF, by the way.) Put on some light pink or beige eyeshadow on your upper lid. I think the best makeup brand for eyeshadow is Nars (click on the link to see selection):

http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jh鈥?/a>

When you go there, you'll see a huge picture of a gold and pink eyeshadow duo. You can buy that, or just go to the drugstore and look for those colors when buying eyeshadow.

Next comes eyeliner. You should get either brown or black (brown if your skin is pale or olive/tan, and black if your skin is dark). Put it on your upper lid JUST above your lash line, and smudge it into your eyeshadow a bit with your finger (but not too much). Then put it on only about halfway on your bottom lid, which should have no eyeshadow on it, and blend it to soften the look. The best eyeliners are found at MAC Cosmetics (their online store is at http://www.maccosmetics.com) and they're under $20. For eyeliners, I don't recommend the drugstore kind because they smudge way too much.

The next step is optional: curl your top eyelashes and put on a coat of mascara. I have to say from experience that brown eyeliner and black mascara looks weird together, so if you have brown eyeliner, put on clear mascara. Maybelline's Clear Great Lash is great (click on this link for a picture: http://www.ulta.com/control/product/~pro鈥?/a> ) and only about $5. You can get it at your local drugstore. If you have black eyeliner on, feel free to put on black mascara. I use Too Faced Lash Injection (http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jh鈥?/a> ). It's about $20 but it works pretty well.

Lastly, put on some Chapstick or clear lip gloss and you're ready to go. That's a pretty simple routine to follow and will take about 5 minutes to do in the mornings before you go to school or work. Remember, the best places to buy makeup is at places like MAC Cosmetics, Sephora, or at makeup counters at department stores like Nordstrom or Macy's. If you're looking for cheap makeup, go to places like drugstores (e.g. CVS Pharmacy, Walgreens) or to stores like Target or Walmart. Don't EVER get makeup at 99-cent stores no matter how good the packaging or how cheap it is because that's the kind of makeup that'll ruin your skin! Good luck with your makeup ... hope all turns out well.Need help with makeup?
less is more. use natural colours such as brown eye shadows look great on any one also mach your makeup to your skin tone. i love true mach
send a picture of yourself. It depends what color your eyes are, and how your face is.
As u are only jus starting opt 4 a tinted mosturiser ..with maybe sum blusher...Most place have them ...take sum1 with you and try a bit on the jaw line and c wah is closest or slightly dark than ur skin tone ...you dnt want 2 be orange or pasty
try sheer pink colours lipstick and waterproof mascara especially if you cry a lot
I'm assuming you mean foundation? If so then I would go to any department store and get your color matched, then find something cheaper in the drugstores because there's really no difference in quality but a huge difference in price. My favorites are Almay's liquid foundations for a sheer look and CoverGirl Aquasmooth foundation for more coverage.
you wanna use eye shadow, go with brown/beige colors, very neutral. Or if you wanna spice it up, go with gold or bronze. Use brown eyeliner (if you want), and brown mascara. Browns are key! And if you aren't pale, then at night you can be daring and use black.

I suggest MAC eye shadows, and their eyeliner (fluid line). and I like covergirl's lash exact mascara. maybe some bronzing powder too

Not to dark but lite that will compliment the color of your eyes. think of colors that combine with blue, white , pink and lite browns. Warm colors... don't go too dark ....( its too tacky)

think blue will look good and put a little pink above that to bring it out and then again you can use the color that you are going to wear to match your makeup that looks good also no matter what color your eyes are.

you should soo pick lke green, or blue, but teal will look afb on u . but always try something else, you can even make the eyeshadow thin , or wide, but if you have white skin i would prefer, getting those eyeshadow brush, those really thin ones. u can just pick the best color like teal ,and gently put it on.

if you make it wide, it will give more attention, but if you put thin, you can give a not-so-wild look , but a POP kin dof look, i would soo prefer, for you to put brown mascara, and brown eyeliner.when you, put EYE MAKEUP on you should not only do your eyes put youe lips ,i would put a lipstick on first that is like maybe, redish ,and pinkish, and add gloss to it, or find lipgloss that has the color.you should always have a balanced way of putting makeup, u soooo don't want makeup that is caked on.

Pink, Gold, Green, Blue, Silver.

Try brown, purple, and deep blue, not light blue. And ';smokey'; eyes works for everyone(I think!). Use brown pencil or liquid eyeliner, black will be too harsh for blue green eyes. Use black mascara, don't use brown.

Maybe a greenish outfit would look all beautiful and pretty!!!

Brownish make up with a little blush would make you shine!!! Like pink would also make you look sweet.

i think pastel colors for you. pale green/blue with a nuetral base first would be best if you want color( that means put a little lighter/darker than skin tone on lid first then put color on bottom part of lid) or nuetrals are always great (dark brown/bronze on lighter brown/bronze. and remember to put eyeliner on below eyeshadow and under lashes on the bottom(not on the bottom lid like most ppl thats causes infections) keep a wet q tip handy to repair mistakes.hope this helps.

wear some brown eyeliner

with bronze brown eyeshadow..i read that in a makeup book..it brings out the blue in your eyes

i have blue-ish eyes, and i do that.

ppl have really complemented my eyes..

that should match for your outfits

thats exactly what i do

try it!

good luck!

oh yea, have your hair in a ponytail..it enhances the face shape and eyes.

Wear silver shiny eye shadow and a bergundy colored lipgloss you'll look fatastic!! Put your hair in a ponytail or wear it parted in the middle!!

i think u should curl the ends. this looks really cute with layered hair, i do it and i love the way it looks. i bet it would look even better on a blonde, but i do it just cuz i love the look. it takes me a little while to do, but its so worth it. green eyes look really pretty with long lashes and eyeliner at the edges of your eyes. it will really make them pop. experiment with different blushes and see what u like best. good luck!!

ok so heres how to do it

if your in a good happy mood wear your hair so its bouncy or curly( that will match bright colors and skirts and shorts)

for deep purples, blues, or red wear you hair sleak and straight... it will be preatty and sexy

if you are wearing something lacey or loose... wear curls or waves

if you are wearing something tight or dark .... wear you hair straight

I suggest using a light pink color eyeshadow from your lash line to your brow bone and then a darker pink from your lash line to your crease. Finally, use a really dark pink in your crease. Then use a black mascara and brown eyeliner. To compliment your eyes, use a tinted lip gloss and a warm peach blush. Also try pulling your hair back away from your face in a ponytail, side ponytail, or messy bun to bring more attention toward it.

The description of yourself sound like a girls I work with and she wears lavender cream eye shadow just up to the brow bone and I think she swipes just a little under her lower lid and it looks so pretty. I have gone out with her to clubs and on those nnights I think she wore a little gold or light brown in the crease of her eyelid to compliment the blue in her eyes. She never wears eyeliner but does wear mascara

Go to Macy's and then go to the MAC counter and ask for a makeover, if you have enough money. They specialize in makeup and they went to makeup school and have alot of clients everyday. So they would know what colors look great on you, and how to bring out your eyes. They also ask you questions about like what you like to wear (makeup) and what look you want to achieve, ect. Its really worth it, there makeup is great.

I have bright blue eyes, pale skin and blonde hair as well.

I wear a medium brown eye shadow. It makes blue and green eyes really stand out.

I use Maybeline very black mascara - and 2 coats only on the top lashes.

Use black eyeline on the inside of your bottom eyelids - or a very thin line underneath if you can't wear it on the inside. Don;t wear mascara on your botton eyelashes - it will make your eye make up look really heavy!

To make your eyes look bigger, use a white eyeliner on your bottom eyelids.

Blondes need to be careful about using eyeliner on the top eyelids - it can make us look slutty if you have pale skin. So I use just a little on the outside edges, and go past the eye for a cats eye look. Brown eyeliner for a neutral day look, or very black for a sizzling night look.

Make sure your lips look pale - just a neutral brown or pink gloss will make your eye makeup look less heavy.

Keep looking at magazines for some makeup ideas on other blondes.

Hope this helps you!
Put it on in the dark......then no one would care! :)
Why? Mineral makeup is REALLY good. It can be very expensive, though. bareminerals is good.
