i'm tired of my makeup and want it to be edgier. right now i usually only wear foundation, blush, a little brown eyeliner, and mascara. i want to start using eyeshadows and such but i don't know what colors to wear! i have blue eyes and kinda fair skin. also, how do i make my skin tone more even??? i use foundation and that helps some but not very much. any other advice would be appreciated!! thanks!Help with eyeshadow and makeup?

To really make your eyes stand out, outline them with black eyeliner. Black really makes the blue in your eyes pop. Using black eyeliner and mascara will also make your eyes look darker... so sometimes, depending on the occasion, that's just enough.=)
