use grey or brown eyeliner. don't go too heavy, trust me it looks BAD. use very black mascara that gives lots of volume. try covergirl colossal mascara. covergirl has the best mascara. shop around for a concealer that matches your skin or at least a pressed powder. i use MAC select sheer pressed powder. at the counter, they'll get one for you %26amp; try to match it up to your skin tone. i'd use a tannish eyeshadow on the lid %26amp; a little bit lighter brown in the crease.

ok for eyeliner you should try a brown b/c black would b too harsh try covergirl eyelights eyeliner for blue eyes. Also for mascara, brown would b a good choice, try covergirl eyelights mascara for blue eyes. for eyeshadow, there are some good tutorials on youtube by bubzbeauty or Dulcecandy87. :)
right well ive got brown eyes and brown hair ahha, but ive got sum prettyg gals at ma schol.





if you wear liquid foundation dont put too much on, and dont get a dark/orange colour! try mouse! :} and then get a pale pink blusher and brush it near your ear dont put it right in your cheek, and then wear good mascara, and put eyeliner on top thinly, dark brown or black! put a kinda dark brown thingly on your eyelids, and as you go out get thiker but not alot thicker!and thn if you want put it on your bottom eye, + you can also try putting foundation on your lips and then put some lipgloss over :}

well youre still young so you wont need much.


lip gloss it always good!! if your eye lashes arent long,mascara is ok. if you already have long eye lashes, dont use any. that way when you go out you can wear more make up and people will really notice. if you wear it everyday it wont be as special.


you could wear eye shadow, too. light or natural colors like pinks and browns will look good.

you dont need to wear a lot to school but try some brown eyeshadow (because you have light skin try to keep the colours neutral) on the eyelid and just a little bit under the bottom eyelashes - this should make your eyes look bigger, dont forget to put some clear mascara on too!
you shouldnt really be wearing makeup. but for your eyes you should wear light browns and a brown eye liner on top. dont pound on nthe makeup because makeup is made to look natural. add just a little bit of blush to the cheeks and your set
just keep it light and natural, don't over do it for school. i'd say like a pale beige eyeshadow, mascara, and a little eyeliner, then your foundation and that, then clear gloss always looks nice :D x
I am suprised your school lets you wear make-up to school anyway. My daughter is 13 and her school doesnt allow 'obvious' make up. The most they can get away with is a little mascara and clear/pale lip gloss

I dont think you should wear much makeup. A little mascara, concealer if you need it, and maybe some brown eyeshadow is enough. For lips you could just use vaseline.
Natural is always best! I would suggest a tinted moisturiser,a touch of bronzer and some mascara on the top lashes.
wear some eyeliner on your bottom lid only, lots of mascara and maybe some gold eyeshadow and don't forget lipgloss
eyeliner and try to get eyeshadows that are gold and in the browns
