eye pencil AND eyeliner?I need help with makeup?
eye pencil and eyeliner
are lame get some liquid eye liner then look at some youtube videos on how to do your makeup.I need help with makeup?
Apply eyeliner all the way across your top eyelid at the lash line. Don't make the line to thick, you don't want to look like a tramp :] Then on the bottom wear your eyeliner half way across agaoin along the lash line. Smudge with a Q tip on top and bottom lash lines.
well when eyeliner is usually applied on the top of your eye:
all you do is get close to a mirror and then strecth your eye ans make one swtift movement across your eye and wait til it dries and thenwhen you aplly bottom you hold the pencil to your liking and then smoothly draw on the bottom and then do this repeated 2 times on the bottom .. repeat on other eye
i usually do pencil eyeliner on the bottom and liquid eyeliner on top. on the bottom, put the pencil eyeliner right underneath where your lower lid begins. then, bring it across the bottom of your lid. The top lid is easier with liquid eyeliner. close the one eye you are applying it to, and then subtly drag the liquid eyeliner across the top lid, right where the top eyelid starts. drag it across your eye and bring it to almost a point at the end. dont just stop or it will make your eye look too round. make sure you finish your stroke.
