I think you put a good moisturizer which you use daily and then you put the glow face powder.Makeup question can you help me?
try using a good moisterizer.
Cleanse and exfoliate your face. Apply a light moisturizer. Allow your moisturizer to soak in...about 10 minutes. Then--and this is the product that will keep your makeup in place--apply a makeup primer.

Primers are available in a range of prices and almost all good makeup lines make one. However, to avoid spending too much $, start with this: Monistat Anti-Chafing Gel. You can get it at the drugstore or discount chain (Target, etc.) for about $5.

To apply, you should use no more than a pea-sized amount. Rub the gel/primer over the surface of your face, but DO NOT rub it in. The whole idea is for the primer to 'sit' on the surface of your skin. Once you've covered your face with the gel/primer, apply your makeup as usual. You will look as fresh at the end of the day as you do at the start!
All you need to do is invest in a better, high-quality product.

Physician's Formula powders and bronzers are great and are long-lasting. A lot of the powders will come with a shimmer to them. However, I would recommend that you use a light, moisurizing foundation if you already have even skin, and then use a bright pink blush with a slight shimmer to it for that healthy glow. If you're shimery all over, it's distracting and doesn't look as natural. However, a shimmer to the apples of your cheeks is very natural, and very cute :)
go to the makeup counter and ask some of those people that do it every day, also try putting a bit of powder in your makeup
Put a little foundation as well to the spots you want to stay ';glow-y';. This should help set the makeup. If that doesn't tickle your fancy, then just bring the makeup along with you to reapply.
you should buy a primer than you put on your face before applying your makeup. It really helps makeup not to fade away.
you need to reapply every 3 hrs. to keep it glowing.
virgin vie make up stays in place for hours , here is a link to there site.www.virgincosmetics.com
u cud try putting on a loose powder on top of it cuz thats meant2 hold on concealer + stuff so maybe it works for your face powder :)

actually, maybe that will stop it glowing though...

well there's one way to find out! lol
put lotion on your face before you put the powder on it should stay on much longer..i guess it ';STICKS'; but try that..it works fine for me..=] HOPEIHELPED!!
put more put 3 cups of it
You need to invest in a good primer. I use Smashbox PhotoFinish primer. It's like priming a canvas before painting. It fills in all the lines and evens out your skin. It also holds the make-up that you apply to your face. So, however and whatever you put on your face, it will stay on until the end of the day. Trust me, primer REALLY works. My make-up used to disappear before the middle of the day. Primer fixes that problem.
