For make up put a primer on your face before you apply any make up. Good primers- Smashbox photo finish, Urban Decay primer potion

Use a good primer for your makeup. For eyes, try Urban Decay's Primer Potion from Sephora. There are also various primers for your foundation, and you can find some excellent ones from MAC. Though they may be spendy, they'll last you for quite a long time!





As for hair, there's not a lot you can do. It also depends on what your hair does that you don't like. Try different products. Some excellent products that I would recommend are Big Sexy Hair and Redken, again, pricey but they last and they're definitely worth it!
