I THINK PROACTIVE IS THE BEST CHOICE. (BE AWARE THAT THE FIRST WEEK YOU USE IT YOU WILL BREAK YOU OUT STILL BECAUSE ITS CLEANING YOUR FACE AND YOUR FACE ISNT USE TO THE PRODUCT). IT HAS 3 LOTIONS AND THE DAY LOTION IS WHAT YOU CAN USE FIRST AND THE PUT ON YOUR MAKE UP.

you should only wear make-up when you really have to, like if you are just sitting at home don't wear any, because make-up doesn't allow your skin to breath.
use a mineral makeup like bare escentuals, or you can use a makeup specially design for oily skin, i love maybelline
If you're looking for drug store brand makeup then try: Almay, Neutrogena, and physician's Formula.
If you don't mind spending more Clinique's Clarifying foundation is great.
