The dress is a strapless, aquamarine color.

And this is me.

definintly stay away from bright colors when you already have a bright dress, also this being a formal event. The worst thing you can do is be too matchy with the make up and dress. Also being that your eyes are that color :)

I would suggest natural makeup or a slightly smokey eye.

Start with an eyeliner brown for a natural look or black for the more dramatic look to make your eyes pop. Whichever look you prefer.

if you are doing the smokey eye smudge the eyeliner into your lashes and then add a smokey grey color to your lids. Put a slightly darker shade in the crease and a color slightly lighter than your skin tone underneath your eyebrows. top off with mascara. The key to this would be blending and making it subtle.

if you choose the more natural look use a creamy brown, with your skintone i would suggest a warm creamy brown. and then follow the same procedure as above using a slightly darker shade in the crease and a shade just lighter than yourskintone under your brows. also top this off with mascara.

if you really have your heart set on color heres 2 looks that might work

2. http://www.beauty-advices.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/02/smoky-eyes.jpg

as you can see the first is a slightly different color than your dress but stays with the same color family

the second is a smokey look but with a slight hint of color

*one important thing to consider is if it is a day wedding you should stick to the more natural. If it is an evening or more formal wedding you might want to do the more dramatic look

*my personal favorite would be the slightly smokey eye or the slightly smokey eye with the hint of blue

sorry so long but i hope this helps out :)

have fun at the wedding!!!

Just read the additional details

i still think a slight smokey look would look best. And eveything i saiid would still apply. However stick to more pinky tones if you do the natural look it will make your brown eyes pop :)HELP!! What color eye makeup should I wear for my friends wedding? I'm a bridesmaid.?
use bronze. That would look fantastic on ur eyes and with the dress!
i would do a natural makeup with a bit of shimmer. black mascara and some natural lip gloss. you dont want to be overly made up. you are too pretty for that.
Light cream base

Dark brown in crease

Smudge together

Add a gold shimmer highlight

Smudge once more.

Dark brown eyeliner smudged

Black brown mascara
hum you got green eyes,

use light pink or golden color with alot of mascara
It depends on the time of the day of the wedding and if you are wearing your colored contacts or not. To make your eyes stand out, use shadows that are the opposite on the color wheel as your eye color. For example, blue eyes should go for brown and burgandy shadows and brown eyes stand out if you use shades of blues.

If it is a day wedding you should avoid heavy eye makeup but if the wedding is an evening wedding, a smokey eye looks great.

Either way, use a shimmery highlight shade underneath your brows and in the inside corner of your eye to open them up.

If the wedding is evening you can do a smokey eye by lining your top lash line with a darker color such as black or dark greay (use a dark eye shadow and a tiny brush instead of eyeliner, it looks softer). Next use a rich medium and apply on your lid, in the crease and along the lower lash line. Follow with mascara. You can do the same technique for day but stick to lighter more shimmery colors.
id shade two colours together and the colours i would pick are a light pale green or blue with a white and if you get the right effect by shading it will look really nice, add abil of eyeliner and blusher too, to make your face glow and stand out.
Whateveryou do, do NOT try to ';match'; your eye make up toyour dress! (Lol) : )

I saw your photo on ';my space'; (you are very young %26amp; CUTE! : )

Instead of blue, go w. shades of tan, brown, and taupes that will COMPLIMENT your skin tone, and look natural.

Natural is prettiest! : )

What I would do, is look in some fashion magazines (Glamour, Teen, Style, Cosmo, etc...) and FIND photographs of girls that have YOUR same coloring (dark hair, brown eyes)... Cut out photos of girls you think look GREAT, and try to match up what colors they are wearing (eye make up) at the drugstore.

TRY on and EXPERIMENT w. different shades of taupe and browns (most stores will give you a REFUND on a make up product, as long as you have the receipt).

After you find one you like (experiment BEFORE the wedding! : ) go w. it! Good luck!

: )

: )

Remember, you are already a NATURALLY PRETTY girl, so stick w. natural colors (tans, browns and a BLACK mascara and less is usually more!).

BTW, I LOVE Max Factor Great Lash mascara -- I think it is the BEST!

: )

Good luck!

: )
I would say neurtal and peach colors, nothing too bright or dark, more natural because its a new life they're celebrating. Try Light peachy blush and a nude lip color and just mascara. If you have to use eyeliner-no black use brown or light brown and some illuminating powders.
I DISAGREE WITH EVERYONE WHO HAS ANSWERED BEFORE ME. YOU HAVE GREEN EYES AND THE DRESS IS AQUAMARINE...BOTH COLORS ARE FARILY BRIGHT. SO GO WITH A MORE NATURAL LOOK ON THE EYE. THAT WAY YOUR EYES AND DRESS WILL BLEND TOGETHER INSTEAD OF STANDING OUT AND LOOKING KINDA WEIRD(NO POINT INTENDED) BASICALLY ,GO NATURAL.

i love it
