I need help with hair and makeup?

I'm hanging out with my friends today and i wanna do something diff. i have shoulder length dirty blonde/ light brown hair with side bangs. i don't wear foundation only eye make up and lip gloss. im prolly gonna wear jean shorts and a colorful shirt.I need help with hair and makeup?
My hair is the same way the way to make it look cool for a summer day is wet your hair. Than take mousse put it your hand than flip your head over. Take your hair and but it in your hand than squeeze your hair. Do your whole head and then blow your hair dry slowly and on low. It will look great its a nice cool look.I need help with hair and makeup?
try to wear some colorful eyeshadow


whatever goes with your skin color best, and the shirt





as for your hair maybe a head band or putting it up.





if you dont were foundation and you have great skin then good


but if you have ehh skin try maybe a little bit of concealer





oh and dont believe the saying ';always get your concealer 2 shades lighter then your sking color';


thats a lie it just make ppl look stupid trust me, i know tons make up artists.
use sparkly lip gloss, mascara and like gold colored eyeshadow, i put a ponytailup on top of my head and it looks cool, also pigtails that cover ur ears, have fun
i would suggest a light lip gloss colour thats light light pink that shines and you can use a little dark eye makeup since your gonna be more colourful or you can put on sparkly whitish grennish eye shadow
well try cover girls exact eyelight eyeshadow that will make your eye POP. for you lips try covergirls lipstain its like lipstick but its lip gloss
u should wear a light orange for eye shadow and a light pinkish color for ur lips hope this helps =]
