foundation - benefit 'some kinda gorgeous' - goes on as creme foundation and turns into powder. Oil free, light, but amazing at covering imperfections and blemishes. has a hint of tan in it

mascara - miss sporty fabulous lash mascara. big lashes curly lashes with the curled wand, and all for an amazing price

and sorry not sure about the rest but these two are really good, buy some eyelash curlers to :)I need help finding makeup that doesn't break me out!!?
get your powder and foundation from Neutrogena! The foundation, specifically, has a Blemish Treatment in it with 0.5% Salicylic Acid. Then, if you get the same brand powder to go over it, they work together. As for eyeliner, I use CoverGirl's perfect point plus, Covergirl's Last Blast mascara, and eyeshadow doesn't usually make me break out, so I do Ulta or Origins... Which they don't sell in Target.
It's not necessarily the makeup that breaks you out. It is how well you wash your face at night. The makeup gets in your pores and that is what causes the pimples. You really need to wash your face thoroughly to prevent this.

On the flip side, you can find makeup that is hypo-allergenic.So, check out the labels before you buy makeup.
Ive had MANY people ask me this question, and i sell avon and i recommend the mineral make up that we sell... you could actually use any type of makeup that we sell because it doesnt have all that fragrance stuff in it and that makes people break out and most of the time they dont know it.. but if you want to try some you can go to my website and order some.. and we have a 100% satisfaction Gaurentee so if you dont like it you can get your money back... heres a link to my site... www.youravon.com/hbeall
Anything with oils avoid like the plague. Try not to use liquid foundations. I use bare minerals. They look natural and don't break you out. Expensive yeah, but they last a while and the powder always beats the liquid makeup IMO, it's lighter and looks better.. The starter kit is a good deal. But I don't think Target sells it. Ulta does...

Anways, you should try them.
First off, make sure that you are using fresh makeup and brushes. Dirty brushes and old makeup can be full of bacteria and make you break out.

Mascara should never be more than 3 months old.

Try Almay, it's for sensitive skin or try mineral makeup.
No oil-based products, if your skin is oily use powder makeups or the Dream matte Mouse line by Maybelline.

try getting water/sweat proof eye make up so it doesn't end up sneeking down to ur face.

GOOD LUCK! EVERY FACE IS DIFFERENT!
My wife uses stuff called Bare Minerals for the same reason, but I don't think that you can buy it at Target, It's the only product, according toher, that doesn't break her out.
If you have skin issues with makeup, you probably won't find the answer at Target. My wife has super sensitive skin (Rosacea) and has a lot of luck with the Dr. Hauschka line. Try Whole Foods or online.
L'Oreal and maybelline, and look for foundations that have acne fighting ingredients in them. =]

answer mine?

Vichy is a good brand but the only makeup that I know of that they make is foundation but enjoy it if you find eyeshadow and all that jazz :)
What worked best for me is neutrogena and almay. They are hypoallergenic so they tend to be lighter than some of the other brands.
for foundation read the labels and see if oils in it, if itis dont get it, thats bad for you.
find makeup that says 'Non-comedogenic'

this means it won't block pores, thus you won't break out
Bare Minerals from sephora, Mac makeup is always a good option!
Just make sure you wash your face after using what you do.
