eyeshadows: glittery gold creme eyeshadow
mascera: sephora triple action mascara in black (really good for volume and adding length)
eyeliner: dark brown/black eyeliner, draw around the eye, and then smudge for a smoky eye look. draw on the tearline of the eyes as well
face: if you have skin like beyonces, then you shouldnt need to wear anything other than a daily facial mositurizer, maybe a little bit of pinkgold creme blush on the apples of your cheeks. also, use some concelor below your eyes to bring out your eyes
lips: dap a little concelor on the lips, then swipe a pinkgold lipgloss on the lips

if ur naturally beautiful u proly dont need a lotta makeup. i have da same skin color as u so eyeliner and lipgloss is just fine..u dnt wan people thinking ur a clown!
do it simple but noticable, like metallic blue or green eyeliner and clear gloss. plus, it's all about the outfit anyway. be experimental. take a few days before school starts to take out your whole closet and dressers and mix and match 'till you find something totally original and unique but cool.
HEY! i have a little bit lighter skin color as you. i have hazel eyes. use mineral wear talk free loose powder foundation %26amp; their concealer (i use natural beige i think so you would need the next darker one). then use some darker eyeshadow (like navy blue) makes your eyes pop. use black mascara. light lip gloss, and some light blush. hope this helps!!!!
You may want to add mascara to your makeup kit but as someone above me said if you don't need it don't wear it.
Boy's only like girls with lots of makeup for playing it's the ones that look naturally beautiful they want for the long term.
Just make sure what ever you do, don't overdue it with the make up, put on only enough to highlight your best features, hide the ones you don't like and above all look like you have none on.
If you want to highlight your eyes choose a colour to bring out your eye colour, not one to match your clothes. For example if your eyes are a beautiful colour of blue you want to emphasize them with different shades of blues with a highlight of ivory. Don't go with dark colours on your eyes or you will look like someone punched you in the eye and it's a big bruise.
That's the way makeup should be worn, not so much that you look like a hooker.
Well my suggestion would be to not go with pink and blue and green, unless it's approprate to go with your out fit.
I would say for the most part go with earth tones, browns and beiges. I would also highly suggest checking out the clinque counter. They are great at teaching what colors are best complementive to your skin tone.
I wouldn't wear anything that will make you stand out like a sore thumb. Keep it light, and fresh. That is the best way to get noticed. And you really dont want a guy ust to notice you for your physical being. Keep it evening and make sure he noticed you are a persona and have a brain as well.

The best way to be noticed with make up is to just let your natural beauty come through! Whatever you do, don't wear ridiculous colors to be noticed! If you want to wear ridiculous colors, make sure you are doing so because that is your style and want you want to do. There is nothing wrong with just wearing eyeliner and lipgloss, especially if you have smooth skin. Don't wear foundation and powder and all that stuff unless you actually need it! It is uncomfortable and expensive and hot! All thought high school and college all I wore was mascara, lipgloss, and sometimes some eyeshadow and blush. You don't need to change who you are for high school, sweetheart. I'm sure you're beautiful just the way you do your make up now!
use light glosses dark eye shadows,eyeliners,and mascaras and red nails but remember a little goes a long way don't use to much and let your natural beauty shine through

do light light shades of pink for your face it's will look pretty!
it really depends on your skin tone and eye color. i would probably go more for bronze color makeup. you dont want to go overboard. and you being young its best to stick with earth tones.
the only thing i can tell you is to be your self and you WILL be noticed.....you should put little gold eyeshadow and lipgloss......the best way to be noticed is to not be afraid to met all the other people...thats what i did, and now, all of them know me and i must say im pretty popular......be your self!! ^_^
Since your only going to school I wouldn't worry to much about your make up. Maybe just a little bit of lip gloss, some blush to put some color in your cheeks, a bright color nail polish, and mascara. Don't put too much on to look like a clown though.

5] make sure all makeup is of good quality - drugstore, department store, on up.
6] buy non-comedogenic products [ won't cause zits ]
7] practice colors and techniques at home first. Then go outside and do the hooker test - look in a mirror in natural light - do you look pretty, or like ';Pretty Woman';?
