- use colorful eyeliner it will show up on her and there is so much colors to choose from. A ton of people look good in the color purple and blue.
- If she wants to wear eye shadow try a gold or purple it will go well and have a beautiful contrast against her skin.

Try gold, bronze, light purple, or light blue eyeshadow. She should wear black eyeliner and mascara. If she is allowed to and her eyelashes are short, use an eyelash curler and lengthening mascara.
